“Beautiful property, loved the private outside sitting area and the beaches! Our favorite beach was the 2minute walk from property, bigger, calm waters, saw 2 devil rays in the surf. Host was very friendly and helpful. No restaurant on property but does have full kitchen.Note: beach in front of hotel is not private and gets busy, loud at times with ATV tours. Guard walks the property at night, makes you wonder why needed. Pool was very warm, not very refreshing. Also note, only bedrooms are air...

“I really liked the hotel. Especially the two large pools—one with saltwater and the other with fresh water.”

“El lugar, el apartamento, la decoracion, la comodidad de las camas todo super super bien. La cercania con todo fue formidable y la seguridad tambien. Volveria sin ninguna duda si me toca ir por esas playas de nuevo.”

“This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and surrounded by nature, the hotel feels very natural vibes, it is not a chain hotel so people should that it is more like an Eco-resort. The bed was comfortable. The best part is the common areas where the pool is it is absolutely lovely and chill. The breakfast was great too! Would definetly stay the again.”

“Staff were very helpful, respectful and welcoming. Doney from customer service was very welcoming and accommodating. They staff made us feel like we were family. Rooms and hotel very clean. Overall I had an amazing time and will return in the future.”

“Check in was smooth. Diana, one of the managers, welcomed us upon arrival and took my number to keep in touch throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. She also said goodbye and asked us for in person feedback on our way out to make sure everything was good on our trip. The resort is on a steep hillside, but the trolleys come on a regular basis. Buildings 17-19 are probably the most convenient to access the lobby and the pool/beach if you decide to walk up the...

“Staff was nice and helpful, and the resort is right on the beach which was nice. 2 pools with swim up bars but they close at 5. The buffet food is not very good. They also don’t really stock your mini bar in the room. Only a couple beers water and coke. Nothing else. Overall I enjoyed Costa Rica it’s a beautiful country but the resort was underwhelming and could have been better.”

“JW Marriott is an excellent resort. Beautiful property, extremely helpful staff. Excellent restaurants and a large gym. Beach is beautiful. Golf course conditions were poor.”
