I want to start off by saying that Greg was the front desk associate who assisted us. Customer service was AMAZING. We stayed during that bad blizzard after Christmas !! He was accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient and can multitask like a professional. Breakfast the next day has a lot of guests! Stephanie was superb, as many times as I had to bother her for a syrup, sugar, napkins or waffle batter she was resilient, patient and greeted me every time with a beautiful smile!! Room is aesthetically pleasing. The only downfall was filling the bath tub so I could soak my feet. The water was brown and I attempted it again after 30 minutes and it was just as dark. I put mini towels in the tub to see if it would pick up sediment as the tub was draining and it did !

Overall we were very happy with the hotel. There was a slight issue with checking in that had to do with the third party company we booked the room through, but the front desk handled it perfectly. It was clean and the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite delicious.

We didn’t stay at Hampton since you guys messed up our reservations. The people at Spark/Wingate were very friendly and helpful in giving us a room anyway however we feel that it was a definite downgrade from what our accommodation may have been and what we thought we were booked for.
