โI would rate this hotel 6 stars if I could. The staff at reception are top notch, as are the cleaning and dining staff. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at, very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, beautiful pool and outdoor patio, and underground parking!! โWhat a wonderful hotel!!! The hotel was elegant, very clean, very thought out. There wasnt anything missing. There was even a kitchenette an a Nespresso machine, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable in size. Even the elevator was pretty. Tonia who greeted us and checked us in was just lovely and as quick as you can get to satisfy your needs. In minutes she found a hairdresser one of us needed, she made reservations at a fabuloys local pub/eatery famous for their appetizers...
โWe booked a superior suite and had plenty of Space. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the mini Bar which was refilled every day for free. The delicious breakfast was served every Morning on the terrace with a great sea and mountain view. The Pool area was very clean, lovely maintained and had private Space.
The staff was very polite, friendly and welcoming. The room Service every day was very good. โ
โProperty is beautiful and emaculate. You feel like you've arrived to Paradise. Anastasia and Simon, along with all of the staff go out of their way to accommodate and be helpful. It's just a joy to stay with them and we will absolutely return.โ

โI loved Hotel Katia. The staff were lovely and the area was amazing. The room was much bigger than expected given the price, we had a full veranda and spacious room. The only minor inconvenience was the shower was quite small and the bathroom would cover with water as a result. Thank you so much Hotel Katia we look forward to staying again. โ
โVi kom med ferge fra 14 dagers รธyhopping i Sporadene til med ferge til Volos, og Volos Palace Hotel fรธltes som den reneste luksus. Stort toalett, dusj og badekar, alt som hรธrer til av toalettsaker inkludert tannbรธrster.
Vi hadde rom i 5. etasje med bรฅde balkong og altan og utsikt over havnen. Hele hotellet var velholdt og alle ting fungerte, servisen var upรฅklagelig, alt er langt over forventning, og det til en veldig gunstig pris... da blir en fornรธyd!
