ON ARRIVAL, THE STAFF MEMBER CHECKING US IN WAS GRUMPY AND RUDE... THE HOTEL IS ADVERTISED AS SOUND PROOFED BUT WE COULD HEAR THE CONVERSATION OF THE NEXT ROOMM OVER VERY CLEARLY AT NORMAL VOICE LEVEL. THE ROOM HAD CRACKS IN THE WALLS; THE CARPETS NEED TO BE REPLACED (DIRTY) AND THE BEDS WERE PRACTICALLY ON THE FLOOR. PHOTOS ON BOOKING SITE ARE MISLEADING. WE LEFT AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED. THE 24 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION IS A JOKE SINCE WE WERE NOT EVEN IN THE COUNTRY 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL. WE REQUESTED REFUND FOR THE DAYS WE DID NOT STAY, IT WAS DENIED EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT OCCUPY THE ROOM. AT THE VERY LEAST THEY COULD REFUND THE 5 DAYS AFTER OUR ARRIVAL DAY- INSTEAD WE WERE CHARGED FOR 6 DAYS FOR A ROOM WE DID NOT OCCUPY. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

O hotel é muito bom, o atendimento excelente, limpeza ótima, enfim não tenho do que reclamar. A região é linda, só não tive sorte porque cheguei com o tempo muito ruim. Como fica bem perto da praia, o vento e a chuva estragou um pouco meus passeios. No mais ficaria novamente neste hotel em outra época do ano.

Minha estadia foi razoável devido ao clima, muita chuva e vento. O hotel fica numa localização que canaliza muito vento por causa da praia que fica perto, assim piora mais o frio e o vento. O pessoal muito atencioso chamo atenção para a Ana da recepção, perdia ótima.

Ótima localização. Preço bom. O que pegou foi o café da manhã sem nenhuma fruta, o a cama de casal muito pequena e com cobertores antigos. O ar não funcionava bem e os atendentes pouco atenciosos para nos ajudar. Destaque a uma mulher do período matutino que era muito disposta a ajudar. Banheiro muito escuro
