"The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. He even called the driver to ensure I reached Shirdi safely. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."
"3 star property. Provides everything what a solo/ business traveller needs from a 3 star hotel. Deluxe suite (3 nights) was spacious with double bed and bathtub. Room doesn’t have window. TV channels don’t work. Basic amenities were there. Room did had small issues which can be neglected. Room cleaned everyday during my stay. Food quality was good and well priced, quantity was excellent. Breakfast was decent. There is not much space near lobby or hotel to walk about, except the space near...

"Great place close to Mumbai airport. Staying here took the hassle out of trying to reach the airport on Ganesh Visarjan day when major roads in the city are closed. The lovely lobby hosting an art exhibition and excellent restaurant choices made it easy to gather with friends "

I had difficulty with Uber picking me up, and one of the staff of hotel kindly assisted me with finding an Uber ride and carrying my luggage. Felt so comfortable and welcome here.
