Except water pressure, it was good for me. Only one thing, warer pressure, made me a difficult to took shower.

이보다 좋을 순 없다
호텔 내부는 굉장히 넓고 깔끔했다. 직원들은 친절하고 항상 웃어주었다. 호텔은 아늑하고 조용하였고, 맛있는 레스토랑이 즐비했다. 주변에 공원이 있어 산책하기도 좋았다. 매우 만족했고, 주변 친구들에게 꼭!!추천할것이다

호텔 깨끗하고, 조식이 정말 최강!
조식이 정말 환상이었어요.여기 묵으시면 스크램블 꼭 드셔보세요. 나머지 3일은 출장지와 가까운 머큐어호텔 묵었는데 너무 차이나요. 정말 취소하고 다시 돌아가고 싶을정도에요

공항에서 택시이용 50~60PLN 도착, 호텔 check-in desk가 2군데 여서 햇갈림. 전반적으로 조용하고, 편안함, 휴가로 머물리에 좋은곳임

너무 좋았다. 200년전 기마병 부대 막사를 개조하여 호텔을 만들었고. 상당히 앤틱하고 아늑하고 고급스럽다 레스토랑 조식뷔페 모두 최고. 카지노는 작지만 나쁘지 않았다

Ein sehr schönes Hotel auf einem sehr schön restaurierten Gelände. Zahlreiche gute Restaurants sind hier zu finden. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und vor allem auch sehr groß. Leider gab es nur eine Dusche in der Badewanne. Der Wellnessbereich ist sicherlich noch steigerungsfähig (Gestaltung und mehr Liegen). Das Frühstück war ganz ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hotels außerhalb des Stadtzentrums sollte einem bei der Buchung bewusst sein. Wir haben unsere 2 Tage im City Park Hotel sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

I stayed about 6-8 times at this hotel. I am happy for the most part but a couple times I had a handicapped room for no reason and last night there was no heat in the room. It’s was very cold there and the problem could not get fixed.

Well done spacious property with excellent amenities. Surprisingly tranquil given the city location. Upscale but comfortable with approachable staff that really tries.

Main building good, side building loud
The staff and facilities are brilliant, but unless you enjoy karaoke and club music coming through the floor try and stay in the main building.

Amazing Stay With Zero Complaints
Hands down, one of the best hotel stays I've had in some time. Service was top notch, the room was great and spacious. The adjacent spa and gym were fantastic with lots of options, and even the location was great. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Disappointed and service issues
I really don’t understand how they call themselves 5 star property. They don’t have any solution they don’t even like to finde a solution for the customer. The hotel was in the past one of the best places in Poznan - you can see how badly it can get if you don’t have the right people at the right place. Unfortunately the receptionist can not do anything even She like to help. We didn’t sleep in that property and i will never recommend it to anybody.

Fabulous hotel in fabulous city but....
So Poznań is fantastic. Beware the old town is a massive building site. This was disappointing but we still loved it and will be great when finished. Hotel is absolutely wonderful, great room, location etc. And many fab Restaurants on site. We had a lovely warm welcome and all was fine until the checkout where despite paying in advance through hotels.com we were told thete was a 600 Złoty surcharge to pay which i queried. The reception staff asked if we have children (we dont), perhaps we ordered an extra bed (why would we ?) Or maybe it was parking (we came on the train). We were told in that case there was no surcharge. No apology or even goodbye. Left us disappointed after such a lovely time.

Super hotel, de Welness is zeer groot en verschillende zaken 2 zwembaden. Kamers zijn heel groot. Verschillende eetgelegenheden in de directe omgeving. Je zit wel wat verder weg van de oude stad.

Coup de cœur pour ce très bel endroit où il fait bon se ressourcer et découvrir la jolie ville de Poznan. Un hôtel confortable avec belle piscine un espace de bien être, quelques très bons restaurants autours. Les prestations sont très bien et le rapport qualité prix aussi.
