만족합니다
가성비가 좋은 곳. 시내랑은 약간 떨어져 있지만 프라하의 대중교통을 이용하면 접근성은 괜찮은 편입니다. 방도 쾌적했고, 호텔 편의시설은 이용해보지 않아서 평가할 수가 없네요.

11번 트램으로 시내중심가와 연결되는 호텔
성수기라서 그랬는지....서비스가 그다지 다가오지 않았네요....11번 트램으로 구시가지와 바로 연결될수 있으니 편리하기는한데...다른 호텔처럼 환교환서비스도 없고..구시가지의 좋은 환 교환장소를 알려주기는 해서...좋았고.....둘째날 청소가 오후 5시가 넘어서...이루어졌고....주변이 관광지보다는 일반 주택가와 붙어있는듯....주변 환경이 그다지 깨끗하게 다가오지는 않네요...가격은 싸게 잘 들어간것 같은데...

Extremely noisy, dirty and unpleasant hotel with torn pillowcases and curtains. We have payed 270€ for two nights, I couldn’t believe my eyes too see the real,price - 23€ per,night. How can it be? I would never recommend this place.

Te cobran una fianza de 50€ en metálico cuando llegas que nadie te avisa con anterioridad. Los colchones más que colchones son sacos de muelles, las almohadas son como folios y los baños no solo los compartes con los huéspedes sino que cuando tú estás dentro sin ningún tipo de respeto se cuela el servicio de limpieza.

Sniadania jeszcze w miare . Brak informacji o kaucji w kwocie 50 euro . Stan hotelu w środku odbiega od zdjęć, które są na stronie .Stan materacy przerażający każda sprężyna wystająca. Przygoda z kluczem który pasował do pokoju sąsiada i nie miła Pani która zarzuciła, że zepsuluśmy zamek .... chodź było to nie prawdą . Brak parkingu w hotelu trzeba szukać na wlasną ręke . Bardzo dużo okazuje się na miejscu .

Wouldnt come back
Disappointing experience. The rooms are NOT like the pictures at all. The bathroom was shared with another room, which was not announced. No TV as described. Poor wifi and rude staff. Location was convenient though.

These rooms are cheaper and have a limited range of amenities. Information on limited room facilities are published on the website. Positive experience but poor wifi
Stayed here a few nights with my family and overall a positive experience. Room was very big and clean and had a nice view to the street. It's not super close to the city center but a very doable 35 min walk or a quick tram 15min tram ride. Breakfast was average and not too much variety, but overall pleased. My main annoyance with this hotel is that the wifi is absolutely terrible! So if you want to get any work done or stream netflix at the end of the day you really can't. The one other downside is the towels need some updating as they even gave us one towel with holes in it and despite being clean it looked more like a cleaning rag with the number of holes in it. Despite the above would stay here again, but would have to figure out a way around wifi issues.

Chambre qui laisse grandement à désirer
Des traces de sang se trouvaient sur l'un des oreillers ainsi que sur l'une des couvertures. De plus, l'autre tissu de l'oreiller et de la couverture étaient troués. L'une des serviette pour les mains était également trouée, ainsi que le rideau de douche. Les coins n'étaient pas nettoyés, la poussière n'était pas faîte, les portes coulissantes du placard n'étaient pas présentes et des amas blanc de saleté se trouvaient sur les rails où auraient dû se trouver ces portes. Dans la salle de bain, aucun verre à dent était présent, alors que le support l'etait, idem pour le support à savon et pour la vitre en verre qui aurait dû se trouver sous le miroir. Afin de pouvoir utiliser le sèche cheveux, qui était sale à l'intérieur, il fallait penser à allumer la bonne lumière dans la salle de bain. Le support du pommeau de douche était branlant et le pommeau était bouché par du calcaire et de la saleté, uniquement 3 trous étaient fonctionnels, avec un débit d'eau ralenti quel que soit le mode, tout juste suffisant pour se mouiller, insuffisant pour se laver. Dans la douche, une seule personne pouvait entrer en même temps. Dans la chambre, aucun minibar se trouvait là où il existait un espace pour ce dernier, des traces suspectes blanches pouvaient être retrouvées sur les voilages. La réception à tout de même tenter de palier rapidement aux problèmes, bien qu'insuffusant pour que l'on puisse profiter du moment après cela.

Non mi é piacciuto nulla , dalla prima entrata. Personale neanche non risponde al saluto, tutto( quasi ) stranieri (russi o ucraina). Struttura vecchia, collazzione scelta debole ( 3 giorni con piccolo scambiamento, frutta solo mela ! Poi non rispettano GDPR , oltre deil controllo dei doccumenti , test o certificato vaccinazione si permettono fare anche le copie !!! summary
Even though smoking is strictly forbidden through out the whole hotel, there was a strong distinguished smoke odor present. Poor water pressure in the bathroom. Heavily used mattresses. Everything else was just fine (covid precautions are very discomforting - but thats on the govy).

Not really satisfied.
Very clean. Staff at reception helpful, speak english. Kitchen staff a bit rude, speak only russian. Breakfast too late! (not before 7:30, weekdays as well as weekends), no great variation, no fresh fruits and vegetables apart from very thin slices orange. Only old bread. Barely something non-animalic. Several unnecessary warm things like soup and stuff you don't want in the morning. The doors can fall shut and cannot be opened from outside. So if you forget your key inside it is a problem.: You will have to pay the money for the locksmith!! Very bad system!!

The hotel is well located - despite the lack of a car park belonging to the hotel, we managed to find a parking place near the building. The room in which we slept was excellent - a large comfortable bed, clean bathroom, all the necessary equipment worked. The advantage is that the reception desk is open 24 hours a day. The hotel staff was also polite. I wouldn't hesitate to give the highest note, but on the day we left the hotel, the lady said that before we check out, we have to wait for the staff to check that we left the room in order. We were confused - in no European and Asian country did we experienced a similar practice. We slept in Prague several times and in no hotel or hostel did anyone check if the room was cleaned before the guests left. Such practices are a lack of trust and respect for guests.

Superfriendly and surly straff...
The girls in the check-in were really friendly, super helpful. The guy at the check-out was surly. Hard beds, as is standard in most of Europe. Modern bathroom, tricky to shower since it had only a light sprits when the water was hot. Cool, artsy interior. Good breakfast, lots to choose from especially if you like cakes. Great price.

Das Preis- Leistungverhältnis war ausgesprochen gut. Am zweibettigen Doppelzimmer war für das Geld ebenfalls nichts auszusetzen. Das Buffet beim Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Es bleibt besonders positiv der freundliche Service am Empfang zu erwähnen, welcher 24h besetzt ist. Die Bar hilft ebenso gerne zu jeder Stunde aus ;) Ich würde das Hotel beim nächsten Besuch in Prag wieder buchen und kann es nur empfehlen!

Hotel molto pulito e personale gentile, l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato trovare la porta della camera aperta, perchè nessuno del personale si era accorto che la serratura era difettosa, per cui, dopo le pulizie della mattina, la camera è rimasta aperta tutto il giorno fino al nostro rientro.
