공항에서 이동하기엔 꽤 시간이 걸리지만 버스 트램 메트로타고 이동하기쉬움. 근데 트램메트로버스 세개를 다타고 이동햇음....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 시티텍스잇음일박당, 베드버그없고 편하게 잘지냇음 만족함 저렴한가격에! 개인적으로 너무 만족햇음

깔끔하며 조용한 분위기가 좋았다. 또한 직원분들도 친절해서 더더욱 맘에 들었다. 다시 프라하를 찾는다면 다시 들리고 싶은 호텔이다

편안했던 숙소
교통비가 비교적 저렴하고 교통이 연결되어있어 여행하는데 큰 어려움이 있지는 않았음. 숙박시설은 전체적으로 깔끔한 호텔이기에 대체적으로 만족함. 서비스또한 조아조아~~^^ 하지만... 조식이 매우 똑같아 4일째쯤에 좀 질렸긴함 ㅎㅎ

가까운 정류장
정류장이 호텔 바로 앞이라 이동에는 문제가 없었고 프론트직원도 친절했다. 그러나 청소가 안되어있는 날도 있고 , 조식을 먹는 바에 유리컵도 그리 청결하지 않았다. 다른건 크게 불편한것이 없었다. 버스티켓도 호텔앞 기계에서 바로 발권가능! 바로 길건너에 마트도 있다.

추천하고 싶은 정도는 아닙니다.
체크인 하던날 직원이 너무 친절했으나 6일을 있으면서 그 직원은 다시는 못봤음. 다른 직원 하나같이 불친절함. 조식은 6일 내내 똑같고, 매번 더럽고 맛이 없음(그냥 배채울만큼 먹을만은 함/ 커피..도 괜찮음). 위치는 프라하 시내에서 넉넉잡아 30분정도임. 가격대비 시내 이동성이 아주 좋은편은 아니라고 생각됨. 물론 트램,버스 모든 이동수단이 호텔 바로 인접해 있어 괜찮은 편이긴 함. 방을 늘 깨끗하게 청소해주기는 하지만, 아침 10시만 되면 (너무 부지런한)룸메이드가 방문을 두들겨서 쫒겨나듯 재빨리 준비하고 나왔음(사실 난 아침에 잠도 좀 느긋하게 자고 싶고 늑장도 부리고 싶었지만..) 물론 룸메이드는 언제나 친절했으며 내가 늦게 나간다고 눈치를 주는건 아니지만 타 호텔과 비교하면 좀 다른 점이긴 함. 매일 새벽 12시~1시가 되면 히터를 끔(중앙난방). 새벽 5~6시쯤 다시 틀어주는 것 같음(난방비 절감?). 뜨거운 물은 밤새 잘 나오지만 밤에 추워서 몇번이나 깸. 다시 틀어달라고 프론트에 전화하면 밍기적 거리면서 한 한시간 후에 다시 틀어주기는 함. 암튼 너무 추워서 옷을 몇겹씩 껴입고 자고, 손난로를 안고 잔 적도있음. 호텔 바로 옆에 있는 케밥집이 아주 친절하고 맛있으나 그 외 여타의 레스토랑은 이용 안해봐서 모르겠음. 10분정도 거리에 우체국이 있음. 슈퍼에서 구입한 교통권은 공항에서 구입한 것보다 비쌌음. 원래 체코가 그런건지 이동네가 그런지는 모르겠음

전제적으로 만족
직원분들 친절하고 조식도 훌륭한 편입니다. 프하라 중심가로 접근성도 좋네요. 버스로 이동하는 정도는 전혀 불편하지 않고 오히려 좋은 관광코스가 되었습니다. (버스, 트램 가능) 객실도 깨끗한데, 한 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 커튼이 반투명이다보니 가로등 불빛이 제대로 들어와서 저희는 알아서 이것저것 걸쳐서 가렸습니다. 안그러면 너무 눈부시더라구요. 트리플룸을 예약했는데 예약옵션에서 성인2인으로 해서 (3살 유아는 굳이 체크해줘야하나..하고 넘겼더니) 트리플룸이 아닌 더블룸을 주었습니다. 마침 체크인하는 날짜라 주말이라서 매니저는 쉬고 다른 직원이 체크인을 해줬는데, 매니저가 와야만 해결할 수 있다고해서 첫날 트윈룸에서 묵고, 다음날 옮기기 귀찮아서 그냥 묵었습니다. (사실 여행다니다보면 짧은 영어 실력도 큰 불편함 중의 하나네요. 충분한 설명을 못하니)

위치 객실관리 아침식사 좋은 편이나 서비스의 질은 낮은 수준이었다. 객실에 음료수나 주변관광 안내자료가 없었다. 나중에사 호텔 로비 한 켠에 시내 대중교통 안내문이 부착되어 있음을 보았다.

In dem Zimmer hat es ganz furchtbar gestunken so das ich erstmal zu Rossmann gehen musste und Duftsachen kaufen musste die das Zimmer dann ab dem zweiten Tag erträglicher gemacht haben. Das WiFi und der Fernseher waren leider ohne Funktion und an der Rezeption hieß es nur es gibt eine Störung und man könne nichts dran ändern.

Excellent transportation links to central Prague (just a few metres from tram and train stops), close to an ATM and a Tesco Express for basic needs. Carpet had stains on, curtains were thin and white, meaning you had to change in the bathroom if you needed privacy. Plug sockets temperamental, television signal bad. Disappointed that the bedsheets were not changed when requested a room clean. The sheets themselves smelt musty and old. Hotel staff were polite.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel.
The hotel room was okay, the day we arrived it was clean, but there was something in the corners of the wall which looked like mold. The room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay, even though we put the sign on the door which informed the staff our room needed to be cleaned. This meant no new towels and no clean room. The hotel room also looked old, the tv did not work even though the hotel adverts with it. The shower contained some hairs even though the room was cleaned before we got there. The breakfast was just good. Nothing special, but good. However, what we found strange was the fact that at 10AM (breakfast was till 10) the lights were switched off precisely on the minute and guests were expected to leave immediately even if they still had some coffee or something else. The distance from the hotel to the city was duable, especially because there was a good connection with public transport. All in all, we had expected more from this hotel, especially because it was rated as a four star hotel.

The staff was very polite and have done almost everything to satisfy my requests. If you need a hotel at a reasonable price and not that far from the centre- this is your hotel. The bed was very comfy.

I was happy with my stay.
Ups: 24 hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, speedy elevator, public transport very close by, great personnel, mini-market close by, no-noise fridge in the room, clean bed and sheets and lots of towels, heating. Downs: My earplugs came in handy as my room faced the street, there was a problem with my key card - had it reset at the reception, it was easy to see that the interior was not new. Conclusion: Given the low price in early December and being a solo traveller, this was a very good deal, and I would be happy to come back.

Boas instalações mas faltou água quente um período
O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, quarto limpo, aconchegante e confortável. Porém duas noites seguidas por volta das 20:30h ficam sem água quente. No primeiro dia eles informaram que no dia seguinte um técnico iria ver o problema (mais 3 quartos reportaram o mesmo problema). Eles também nos ofereceram outro quarto, mas que só tinha uma cama de casal e estávamos com nosso filho. Escolhemos ficar e acabou que depois de uma meia hora a água quente voltou. No segundo dia faltou água quente de novo, mas em meia hora voltou.
