For me, it was the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Praia City. All the staff were friendly, from the reception to the room cleaning staff. They were always attentive to me. I loved the experience and I'll be back next year.

The only thing that we didn’t like were the rooms. The doors didn’t lock, they were fixed and next day same issue was happening, so we just gave up on complaining. The shower has a bump and if you step on it you can feel it going down, some humidity problems in the ceiling too and wifi would stop working sometimes. Overall the staff was always very nice and helpful, lovely team, and the rest of the facilities were very nice as well.

The hotel didn‘t respond to my messages. I asked for a pick up at the airport, I never got a reply. Sp I organized a different pickup and it turned out I had two drivers waiting for me at the airport. The hotel is in a convenient location but the staff is not friendly and not competent at all. No warm water during night. Minibar is not cooled. When I asked for a bottle of water they didn‘t understand. Breakfast is alright. But I‘d expect more in this category.

Our stay at Hotel Perola was overall great. Our first day in our assigned room we noticed the bathroom had a leak from the toilet, we told the front desk staff and they were more than happy to help. They sent a technician to check it out. In the end, they ended up upgrading us to a suite and we were very grateful. Overall cleaninless was decent, however the curtains in the room were a bit dirty and either require a good deep clean or new curtains altogether. The staff, especially Josiene the receptionist, was absolutely lovely, breakfast was tasty, as well as dinner options, and the views were great!

The hotel is modern and well furnished. Unfortunately the Staff was extremely unfriendly and not welcoming (no smiles, no greetings! Not even at the reception when I arrived).

I had a terrible experience here . At first the room seemed nice but eventually we saw there are coach-roaches that came out in the shower and in the closet where the clothes were . The house keeping did not clean the room they just make the dirty bed with the same sheets and gave new towels. The floors were not cleaned or bathrooms. They have a major bug problem. I had to leave early because I couldn’t take it . I tried to explain the issue but there was a language barrier. The bed was very hard and the ac dripped pools of water on the floor , and made very loud cracking noises. I have called to get my money back and I’m getting the runaround.
