“Brittany was great. We arrived early and she was able to accommodate. Only issue was tv did not work, not that we needed, but after a long day of exploring it would have been nice in the evening.”

“double booked by expedia, waiting to see if charged twice by credit card”

“Loved this centrally located and charming piece of Ketchikan history. Excellent staff and within walking distance of everything. The parking pass they provided was particularly helpful since the nearby lots are 2 hour max parking. Super close to the cruise ship docks which was neat to observe and also near some really cool bars. If you don't mind a few stairs to your room, stay here.”
