Lovely clean room. Comfy beds. Fridge and microwave in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of dogs about. They are doing renovations (May 26) so there are materials around, but its nice inside. Coffee and eating options close by.

View was amazing! I could lay in bed and watch the waves. Rockaway Beach is the cleanest beach. Be advised, there is no elevator, but the 3rd floor view was worth the climb.

Ants in the bathroom, dirty floors, pubic hair and splatter on the counter tops in the bathroom. Otherwise bed linens were clean. Coffee was good. TV was in working order. Door locks were loose and had to run the key card several times before it took. Front desk was helpful.
