"Our recent stay at the hotel was unfortunately a mixed experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process set the tone for the visit. The front desk clerk came across as very unwelcoming and seemed bothered by even basic questions, which made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests. A warmer greeting and a bit of friendliness would have gone a long way in creating a better first impression.
The room itself left quite a bit to be desired. It felt dingy and worn, with an overall lack of freshness and attention to detail. The lighting was dull, the furnishings looked tired, and the space just didn’t have the clean, comfortable feel you hope for when staying away from home. While everything technically functioned, the condition of the room made it hard to fully relax.
On a positive note, the breakfast was easily the highlight of the stay. The selection was better than expected, the food was fresh, and the dining area felt much more inviting than the rest of the property. It ended up being the one part of the day we actually looked forward to, and it helped make the stay a little more enjoyable despite the other issues.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of hospitality at the front desk and the condition of the room made the experience fall short. With some improvements to customer service and room upkeep, this could be a much better place to stay, but in its current state it was just average at best.
