Recommed for short stay

Great location. The room turned out to be dwo bedroom apartment with bath and kitchen. One bedroom had foam matress- not so good, but the other was spring matress perfect. We reported damaged sofa, and receptionist agreed it was broken before, so No issues or cost to me. Balcony with great view on the plaza with fountain- you feel like in Italy! Super clean place, maybe a little too much chlorine smell in room. Anyways it was perfect for one night stay, to see water-fire event and have Italian dinner nearby. Deposit returned right away (I am not sure why people comment they are not fast, maybe those guests caused problems).

Check in time is 3pm-6pm, once I get there at 3pm nobody is at the front desk. So I waited half an hour, and eventually just leave. Checking in was horrible, and after that my room door would not open. They had to send a technician to fix the door lock

I checked in with five minutes to spare any attendant was very upset because he wanted to go home so I never got the check and I never stayed there I would like to get my money back I got screwed that gentleman needs to be fired

Loved the area. Parking was awful!! Traffic was horrendous with cones in roads forcing traffic that was supposed to be a one way go both ways. Very mixed communication amongst staff with their customers.

It’s more Super-8 than Sheraton, but it got the job done for a night. Extremely small room, but very clean. Lobby, hallways, etc. are very dated. Location, location, location, though. Can’t beat that part.

Awful. We ran away.

We never even stayed! There were large rats running around outside the building. Larger humanoid rats causing commotion in the lobby of the building. The "apartment" was in fact.. A large closet with a bed squeezed in. No elevators.... No on-site parking. $20 off site parking where your belongings are not likely to last the night. Desk worker leaves the lobby to the non-guest thugs after 11pm. Nobody working overnight. We never even stayed. And our plans for the night in Providence had to be scrapped last minute after driving down from Boston. Called Hotels.com to cancel/get a refund.. But after holding for an hour, when the automated service said it would be only a five minute wait, we gave up. We ended up driving an hour back and getting a room locally.. As arrangements were already made for the children. Don't stay here unless you have a robbery/rape fantasy!

Good location, a bit noisy. The refrigerator grumbled all night until I unplugged it. Room was very small but very clean and well- maintained. No lamps by the bed which was a bit unusual. Bed was very comfortable.
