The carpet in 118 needs to be cleaned or replaced. The bathtub was horrible. The entrance to the property has a huge pothole that was there last year when we were there.

There was an incident that took place at the hotel in a different room that we did not partake in and we were charged a fine for “loss and damage” in our room that was untouched. Do not stay here they will charge $500 for no reason

Between the fan noise and the traffic noise someone’s dog would bark about every 15 minutes.

The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was really nice with a nice variety of items. Waffles, muffins, bagels, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, milk and juice. The rooms were really outdated. Carpet kinda gross, stains on the carpet. Bed was comfortable.

This property has truly lovely staff, especially the front desk gal who greeted us warmly and offered lots of helpful advice. The hotel was clean and well-kept… but the stay was uncomfortable for a few reasons. First, our room was really hot, and turning off the heat AND opening the window didn’t suffice to cool it down. Second, there is terrible noise on the main floor from the rooms above- some guests entering their room and walking around at 4am sounded like a full-on invasion from our suite right below, and it definitely disturbed our rest. :( Seems like it’s an old building, and not much to be done about it. Small tv, very basic furnishings. I didn’t feel like the value for money was there, and I’d choose a different spot in future.

Could use a refreah
Not bad for the price. It is definitely dated and could use a make over. The breakfast was a bit pathetic. 😞 we were sad the hottub was closed and noted that the guest laundry was also down. I guess u get what u pay for. I don't think i would stay longer than a night

It’s like 98% pet friendly but they were very kind and found me a room that didn’t have a dog in it for a couple stays.

I did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door at 9:00 a.m. while simultaneously using their key to open the door to come in. My husband and I were still in bed as we had come in late the night before. Within 10 minutes they tried to come into the room again. I finally got up and put the do not disturb sign on the door. With a check out time of 12:00 p.m., I did not expect to be disturbed so early, or I would have put the sign on the night before.

It was a nice hotel will definitely stay again if I go to that area. Comfy, clean room and Breakfast was good. They had some issues with Pool area but the Hotel next to us let us use there pool and hot tub it was nice

We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend and chose this hotel because there were limited options that weekend. There are usually many better for the price. This is an older property on the not-so-nice side of town. It was adequate. I would not avoid it but neither would I choose it if I had other options.

Building is a bit run down, pool area was dingy and minimal towels to use in there. Door to pool patio would not let us back in. The shower was still dirty from last guest who must have washed a dog in the tub because there was a ton of dog hair on the shower curtain. Room felt musty and needed to be aired out. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice. Overall it did the trick but I wouldn’t choose to come back if I came to Provo again.
