โSiamo stati al Mitsis Ramira con le nostre bambine di 9 anni e 5 mesi, ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la settimana! La camera era molto spaziosa, composta dalla camera principale in cui stava comodamente anche il lettino della piccola e la cameretta dalla grande, entrambe le camere erano dotate di tv e condizionatore. Unica nota โnegativaโ il bagno non finestrato, ma comunque di ampie dimensioni. Frigo bar gratuito e sempre rifornito. Ristorante sempre aperto con diverse proposte, lโhotel...
โCleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred..
Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

Leuk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden.
Ontbijt goed, voldoende variatie.
Lunch Prima verzorgd.
Diner goed verzorgd de 7 keer dat wij er hebben gegeten was er iedere keer een ander temabuffet. Het eten was smaakvol en verzorgd en alles werd snel bijgevuld.
Heel de dag door werd er schoon gemaakt.
Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Wij hebben het Prima naar ons zin gehad in Kipriotis Maris Suites. โ
โWonderful hotel with a beautiful terrace to eat all your meals. Food was lovely, vegan friendly. Internet service was hit and miss but this my only fault to my stay. โ
โVillaggio con ogni confort, con molte piscine, perfetto per le famiglie, spiaggia confortevole. Cibo buono e in abbondanza, essendo una persona che necessita di senza glutine sono riuscita a mangiare bene. Villaggio in prevalenza inglese e tedesco, non parlano italiano. Un ringraziamento particolare a Nicolina, responsabile della reserve service per il ristorante greco.
Ci sono 3 ristoranti tutti a buffet.
Fuori dal villaggio vi sono agenzie di noleggio ed escursioni. โ
โthe resort offered extensive options of poolside areas with bar and snacks throughout the day. the entertainment for children also very good the animation team worked hard.
the Greek night was enjoyable, and we felt very much on vacation. The different levels of apartments would need careful consideration if mobility is a concern. A buggy cart service was available on request.The reception staff very helpful and friendly.All service staff worked to keep the experience amazing .

โI travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly. I rarely say this, but this is a case where our expectations were truly surpassed. This is an amazingly beautiful & relaxed hotel, the food is delicious and we enjoyed very nice live music. โAmazing place to stay, custom service was excellent, management knowledgeable and friendly, buffet best !!! Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and I will highly recommend anyone to stay here. I am from United States and traveling a lot, and know well where to choose to stay for my vacations, this place for sure I will marked as one of best locations to visit again.
