The hotel is within easy walking distance from the airport—about 7 minutes—even with a personal bag and a carry-on, though transportation is also available. The night staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff was exceptionally professional. However, the morning staff wasn’t very helpful when we asked about bus stops; it felt like they weren’t making much effort to assist. In contrast, the morning transportation staff was very friendly and shared great tips about nearby towns. We even ended up purchasing transportation through him/the hotel to visit a small town nearby for $60 pesos. Overall this has been one of the nicest hotels i've stayed at in Mexico.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The room we stayed in was immaculately clean, with great features. We were able to stream our home Netflix account on the large smart tv. The bathroom was amazing, with a rainfall shower head. The hotel was very quiet and secure. To access the hall on the first floor where our room was located, a key was needed. The parking lot was gated, with an attendant on duty. We would stay here again anytime.

The location was perfect since it is right next to the airport and we had a very early flight. Hotel provided free taxi service to the airport as well, which was a major plus for us! Guest services was excellent, check in and out was easy and efficient. I made an error prior and booked the wrong date and within an hour, I got a full refund to rebook again. Rooms were clean and security around the whole hotel and parking lot made me feel very safe. The only cons were the sound proofing were not very super good, but overall the hotel served the purpose of our stay. Will definitely return again. Thank you team at hotel! 😀
