โBeen staying there for about 2 weeks each July for last 3 years. Near to relativess. Wondered about mirror sticker. Said they change sheets every 3 days. I had to ask for a change after a week. They did seem to come in replace towels. One day after a a rain the bathroom floor was dirty, thought they would have caught that and mopped. I like that give first floor.mopped. โ

On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
