We do not hide our cancellation policy or make this up last minute. Hello HenryI am curiousHow can you Review our resort when you were a No Show for your Booking ???Your room was Ready & Waiting with the AC turned On, Fresh Sheets & Smiling Staff all awaiting your arrival BUT you never Checked In. You room was kept ready and refreshed for the 2 days of your booking but sadly we never saw you. I seriously think that is unfair to give us a bad review without even coming to visit us....Sean

Please understand. We can only FIX things If You Tell Us..A simple word to reception and we would have given you a new room then our Maintenance Team would have Fixed the Problem....You did not put your name on the review so we cannot even check your booking to know what room to fix . Sean

👏Super Review and you know I will show this to all our staff & especially the Kitchen ! They will be so PROUD ! Our tiny head chef Thess says her extra ingredient is 'Love' ❣️and she really means it. Thank you so much for taking the time to compliment the food. Yes BADLADZ is really in a quiet, beautiful place but still in the center of the action so you can get to all the 'Hot Spots' quickly. Yes, our Standard room is small, it also very cheap. We have much bigger Suite rooms with refrigerator, Free Coffee & Tea,, Living Room set, Private Balcony etc ....but they cost more. Sorry. Yes, Good Food & Big Servings are not cheap. Yes, you can bring snacks & drinks to eat in your room...but not in our restaurant. Yes, we had to raise our Scuba Diving prices on May 1 to cover higher fuel prices. You must have seen the website during the transition...but we were still charging guests the lower price during this time. Yes, our staff are AWESOME ! Thanks for the great review Cheers Sean

Hmmm.....It's very rare for guests to complain about us...The wifi is 120mbps, not as good as Manila but pretty good for a vacation resort on the Beach..... Yes, we charge for extra linen, P50. This helps us keep the room cost lower for other guests. ...We do not charge for service water so i not sure where that came from. Anyway, sorry about that.

Yes, we are not on White Beach BUT close enough to Enjoy the Action when you want & far enough away to Relax in peace & quiet when you need to. 😆 Yes, we are on a secluded Beach so the internet is not like you will find in the City BUT that's the reason you are on Vacation ! I really wish you had looked at the MAP ! Please do not blame us for "not being close to White Beach" We never claimed to be. Our profile clearly states, Wifi in Common Areas. We do not advertise Wifi in the rooms. Also, it is Holy Week with every person in the Philippines on Vacation. Of course the Internet will be overloaded. BALDAZ staff are Very Friendly IF you are friendly. Obviously, you like to complain a lot and everything is someone else fault. We are #4 on Trip Adviser in Puerto Galera because most people say we are an Awesome resort. Cheers Sean
