We loved the pool. It was nice to cool off in the hot afternoons. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean although none of the soap , shampoo etc dispensers didn’t not work. It is unsafe to drink or clean teeth the local tap water- but all water had to be purchased. Brian at the front desk told us about a local corner shop where we could go to get large 2lt bottles of water and other snacks.

We had to find a place to stay in a pinch after our flight got canceled, and luckily, we ended up at El Pueblito! It was pretty close to the airport as well as a quick trip to some other areas with places to shop or eat. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The place itself was tucked into a little oasis! It was a comfortable and restful place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful experience! They were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Food was delicious and pool was so refreshing after a hot day at the falls. Cute, eco-friendly and safe

Cute hotel in a good location for getting to the falls and into town. After going into the town centre twice, we were glad we stayed outside it a bit, felt safer. Facilities here are a bit older but well maintained, it looks just like the pictures. We liked the eco feel and the nice details like butterfly garden, turtles and little animal sanctuary. We were happy with both the free breakfast and had dinner at the restaurant one night. The restaurant staff were very friendly and patient with our bad Spanish - front reception spoke English very well and helped with lots of bus/taxi advice.

A perfect place when visiting the Falls.

The property has had some wear and tear. If you expect it to be like a four seasons, she will be disappointed if your expectations are more reasonable it’s just fine. The restaurant had good variety, I had the tenderloin, which was very tasty, but certainly nowhere near as tender as I am accustomed to. I would still recommend it.

Great esp for first time nonSpanish speaking visit

What stood out was the receptionists. They were amazing. They arranged taxi for us even when we were out needing a taxi back to hotel. They also shared their insights of specifics of the falls from both countries. It allowed us to arrange travel while there and visited both. Not a complaint but like perspective visitors to know that the hotel itself doesn’t exchange cash. A taxi driver took us to an exchange in town to do that. Having cash is very convenient. Also in Xmas and new eves, most restaurants are closed with a handful open with special menus that are 5 to 10 times the normal price. Xmas day or New Year’s Day is back to normal.
