너무 멀다. 불편하다. 접근성이 떨어진다.
비싸다. 시설 대비 말도 안되게 비싸다. 두번 다시 가고싶지 않다. 칠레 전체가 비싸고 이기적이고 돈만 밝힌다는 느낌만 받았다. 친절하지도 않다. 히ㅣ다못해 차한잔 마실 수도 없다. 흉악하다. 침대는 허리가 아파 죽는 줄 알았다.

There staff does a great job taking care of the needs of backpackers. They'll even store your carry on luggage will you're out on the trail, so you can come back to a set of clean clothes.

Very good but breakfast wasn't so good. Coffee was very week and no fruit. However excellent view from the window.

use as a last ditch choice only!
This hostel is just about the worst I have stayed in in Chile! I am sorry to say that the room had a bad oder so the staff lit incense right out Paine out door to try mask it. The rug on the floor was covering an older carpet and the one on top was all rolled up, being a serious accident risk. There are no closets in the room and thus no where to put your clothing or personal items. There was nothing that motivated us to stay. So we took the loss paying four nights for just three. We moved to another hostel just about five blocks away where we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I approached the receptionist about these problems twice, but nothing was done to improve the smells, the carpet or the dinginess of the rooms. Never going back here! By the way, we are residents in Chile and have traveled the full length of the country. We have stayed in most all the cities and important tourist areas of the country. As such, we were very let down with this hostel. Bad choice. Worse conditions.

Bad hotel
They doble book , no room available when I got there at 23:00 hours , they wanted me to take a $ Refund . Finally I got a room with broken door , no lack. OWNER is very rude and only cares about the money not the client. She should be investigated for mistreating guest and steeling about reservations .

Nice hostel close to everything.
We stayed for two nights in a room with our children. Private bathroom was a must, and it was OK. Hotel staff was very kind and gave us suggestions for everything we asked

Shortcomings passable at right price.
Minamilist breakfast and very poor WiFi. Bed was not great Some rooms don’t open to outside but to a corridor, this makes them stuffy and noisy. Very food location and nice staff.

Good location, good place for short stay!
A clean, warm and quiet place with very good location. 1 min walk to the port and 5 mins to center of town. The staffs were friendly and love to help although the door lock broken and nobody could fix. The breakfast was simple but it is enough.

This budget hostel needs some serious updating. We stayed in one of their family rooms. There was an odor of backed up sewer that permeated throughout our stay. The staff had to burn incense to cover the smell. The carpet in the room looked very old and dirty and was piling up in some places. The walls were stained and deformed. The bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was included, but was lacking. Just some cereal, instant coffee, orange Tang, bread, yogurt and a few slices of ham and cheese. There are better hostels located in the area for the exact same price. We found another hostel that was clean, modern, and close to everything. Look elsewhere.

Decent value in Puerto Natales
the walk from the bus station was a good 25 minutes so a cab makes more sense if you have heavy bags. i was expecting kitchen facilities since it was a hostel so was surprised to not see that--hotels in the area are expensive so would have been nice to have kitchen use. wifi generally only worked in the lobby area--hotel in general was clean--the breakfast is on the small side but this was the experience across the board at all the hotels.

Good place to stay for one night before our multi-day hike. Nice service. The room is a bit awkward, the window is exposed to the hallway so we kept the curtains shut.

En general estuvo super bien la estadia, la limpieza y orden super, la calefacción en habitaciones super bien y tiempos en horario del desayuno super bien, solo falto dar información de productos de venta en la pequeña cafetería que supimos al ultimo día que esta estaba, pero recomendable cerca del centro y de la costanera.

Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima. Ligging heel goed. Eenvoudige kamer maar goed. Sfeervol. Eenvoudig ontbijt en elke dag hetzelfde, maar voor mij prima. Internet niet altijd even goed, maar in lobby altijd wel ok (staat ook een computer die je kan gebruiken). Kachel was helaas maar 1 avond aan (van de 7 nachten die ik er was); is gezellig. Kamers dagelijks schoon gemaakt, prima. Nadeel: men spreekt nauwelijks Engels; eigenlijk alleen Spaans en je hebt geen keuken tot je beschikking.

隣の音がまる聞こえです。wifiもほとんどロビーでしか使えませんでした。置き忘れた携帯に対しても、全く返事をくれません。二泊しかしていないのに、3泊したと強硬に主張され、英語も通じないし、大変閉口しました。前代未聞の対応でした。

Beautiful spot that masks a horrible stay.
The walls are paper thin, like most hostels, but the staff are significantly louder than the guests. Each morning, around 7 o'clock, we were woken to staff members stomping up and down the hallway yelling "taxi". The breakfast, though free, was so small as to be negligible, with such features as warm yogurt and 4 tablespoons of cornflakes. The other guests were friendly and respectful but the manager was devoid of a smile. The room lacked exterior ventilation, was musty and so humid that it curled the pages of my book. My luggage was infested with what I can only hope were dust mites. Nice location and a really interesting layout but if you plan on sleeping before 01:00 am or after 7:00 am this is not the place for you. There is a total lack of security, they insist you leave your room key but they keep all the keys from the occupied rooms on the front counter, anyone passing by can easily see which rooms have occupants that are out and simply take the key for a quick shopping spree as the counter seems to be unattended more often than not. I will not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else

Great location, views of mountains, sea. Good Wifi
Two large lounges to relax in, plenty of light. Great location on sea front and mountains. Friendly staff. Spanish only but Google ap was handy. Breakfast lets them down. Otherwise the hostel was fairly charged, especially the dorm prices. You can rent a dorm singularly but to yourself with ensuite bathroom. All dorms contain the bathroom so no running down a corridor. Quiet guests during my stay but like all hostels in Chile no sound proofing! I would recommend as very near the plaza but in a chic dining area! Fabulous restaurants nearby with high end Vino half the price of the U.K. Laundry 2 blocks away, cheap.

great stay after a backpacking trip
Room is clean and quiet. Basic, nothing fancy. Hot shower is great. Very good rest after a 5 days backpacking trip. One little thing is staff don't speak English and if you can't speak Spanish , may need google translate.

Good value for $
My family of 7 stayed here for a night before heading out to Torres del Paine. Shared spaces were beautifully decorated for the festive season and bunk beds were basic but comfortable. Breakfast was generous. Location was rather inconvenient however - 2 km walk/cab from the bus terminal.

パタゴニア旅行中最高の宿でした
ドミトリーでの滞在でしたが、他に滞在者がいなかったため一人部屋として使えました。 フロントは英語が通じることが多く大変便利、スペイン語しかわからない場合でも英語がわかる友達に通訳を頼んだり、理解できるように努力したりこの旅で一番親切な宿でした（ランドリンの場所を聞いた時、事前にランドリー屋さんに電話をしてくれるなど本当に親切）。 ホットシャワーが途切れることなく大量に出たため湯船にお湯を張ったりすることもできました。 朝食も明るいダイニングで清潔感のある食卓で毎日美味しくいただけました。 もちろん、パイネに数日間トレッキングに行く際も荷物を預かってくれました。 最後にリビングなどの共有設備も広く清潔でゆったり寛ぐことができてよかったです。

The lobby area cozy, very cute setting. There a good view in the 2nd floor. Close to center where all the shop and restaurant.
