"Property is great and pool is amazing! It’s about an hour and a half outside of Puerto Princessa, but we enjoyed that. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint is the service at the restaurant. It takes forever to order and get your food. For example, it was not unusual for us to wait 30-40 mins to get our drinks and then another hour to get food. Because there are no other options on the property, you have to wait. We ended up eating at the resort next door and it was absolutely amazing service and food. Also, we were assured all the water is purified, however, my whole family got sick from drinking the water they provide in their glass refillable bottles. I am not convinced the water was purified enough for our North America stomachs to handle. Overall, I would say the resort is lovely and the staff are helpful. They just need to improve on the restaurant service and I would suggest working on their purification system if they aren’t going to provide sealed bottled water to guests."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! We were a group of 14 guests, and everything exceeded our expectations—from the food to the venue and especially the private dinner experience. Special thanks to Operations Manager Jobeth, Banquet Captain Alvin, F&B Manager Armie, Wendell (Audio Visual Technician), Catherine, and Marinelle (HTU OJT). The entire team was consistently helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and definitely worth every penny!"
