“Everything in the room including air conditioning was doing well. What I really disliked was on the check in process for being requested to provide my ID and credit card to be copied from both sides. ”

The floors were filthy there was no staff at the site, other customers were locked out of there room for hours and sat in dark lobby! When asked do a refund because of what I saw and refused to stay there, I was denied! So they kept my money and refused to return it ! Property management was of no help and insulted that I told her the truth about this facility! No staff really concerned me I was told people are off! So think...
