Hola Gustavo Mora, lamentamos muchísimo que te hayamos afectado de esa manera. Somos un hotel solo adultos, y unos huéspedes llegaron con sus niños, nos prometieron que no harían ruido, y realmente, revisando las cámaras, salían con los niños antes de las 8 am y regresaban a las 10 pm, con los niños dormidos; así que las dos veces que nos hiciste la observación, les dejamos saber, pero solo se quedaban dos noches.
