Casita was very clean, well appointed, had a comfy bed, high end sheets and towels. The breakfast on the roof was a nice touch. We loved the space and would definitely return. Unfortunately there was construction next door, but that is beyond the host’s control. The work lasted until 5 or 6 pm and then it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was lovely and were always willing to help. Thanks for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are clean, kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and plates/dishes. Staff was super nice and the breakfast upstairs was a nice touch overlooking the bay. Would def stay again.

I really enjoy the place nice and clean. The only thing was parking if your lucky you could right in front of the entrance, The rooms are roomy and the staff are very nice, for a fee they do your laundry no need to go some where else..

Modern lovely studio

D was a really beautiful modern studio with a full wall of glass looking out on a patio. The upstairs patio is lovely with an ocean view and a place to make and or drink your coffee every day.

Loved this apartment, the people who care for it and the authentic neighborhood away from crowded tourist areas. The construction dies bring a wake up at 8 am and there are sometimes gentlemen drinking and spending evenings on the corner. Inspite of thise negatives i loved it and would live to stay again.

Charming and great value

My apartment was spacious and well-appointed with charming details. My "room" had a full kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and common places. The place is unassuming from the outside and in a "real" neighborhood, yet just a quick walk from downtown and the malecon. Would be perfect for a longer term stay. This is a great deal!

Not far from Conchas Chinas where I was to meet a group for retreat. Near Romantic zone and walkable. I appreciated the rooftop and Uber eats delivery. Easy in and easy out. I would stay here again.

Casitas was absolutely great. Very close to Malecon beach, amd a quick walk to everything we wanted to do. Only issue was the construction next door. It was loud, but we really spent so mich time away doing activities that it didnot bother us that much. The breakfast could use some more variety, and the coffee could be a bit stronger. However, overall we are very happy we chose this jem of spot. The room was perfect.

Construction next door was very loud and not relaxing. Unable to use the facility’s due to the constant noise and dust The only peaceful day is on Sundays other than that construction from 8 am to 6pm all other days of the week. There was no mention from the listing that this was an issue as we would have not booked for two weeks. The room itself was good and clean but all the good was taken over by the construction next door with no end in site

The property and amenities were great and even included a daily continental breakfast. Laundry service is available for a small fee so that was nice too. We didn’t find out till later that they have a large water dispenser to use if you’re going to get a large 5 Gallon water jug. Everything was clean and staff was super friendly. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars were for controllable things. It was a bit loud due to construction next door, but that’s not under their control. However, the construction and renovation right above our unit was and it was pretty loud when trying to sleep in. Another item was the roof was leaking due to rain and the construction and the first time the owner/contact was very be try fast to respond and even offered to move us to another room. The leak wasn’t in the bedrooms so we declined and the fixed it promptly, that was great! However, the construction above us created a new leak in a bedroom a couple days later. As this was in a bedroom, I reached out and never got a response about it. Contacted them at 5:30pm and We had to let the staff know in the morning as there was still no response. (They didn’t even look at my message until the day before I left) Definitely would’ve have given 5 Stars because it’s a great property at a great price, but the noise and lack of communication brought it down a bit.

The location was a little bit in question because you had to like walk up a hill to the hotel. Location was a little bit scary. The breakfast was basically coffee fruit and yogurt could be with more better with eggs.

Lovely stay @ Loft D, casitas Miramar

The loft was gorgeous, super spacious & very comfortable. Clean, close to el Centro & easy to get to. Very peaceful & private as well. I fully recommend for an escapade. The staff was very friendly and kind. Thank you so much for everything! The garden is beautiful too, lush & tropical. Very dreamy. Only note is that it’s not handicap accessible as there are many stairs & the street where it’s located is uphill & has steps too.
