Ammenities were great, staff friendly, loved the location. The negative was the house next door to the condo had a continually barking dog that was left in a smelly pen. We complained but they could not do anything as it was private property..

The property managers were top notch...I hate giving this a review because it's so wonderful at Porto 15 that I might be letting the cat out the bag.. gorgeous rooftop pool with a view all the way out to the Ocean . Mix that with the rooftop Jacuzzi and the weather, hey you can't ask for anything better. The place was awesome and you learn your parking spot so everyone works together. Salute Porto 15 a hidden gem..

I had an AMAZING stay here! Gaby was super great with helping to get us checked in and settled. The rooms were spacious, modern and had great AC. The rooftop pool was a highlight for me! I also got a massage from Victor while I was staying here. The massage was INCREDIBLE! I was able to relax for my last couple of days. I would recommend staying here for your visit to Puerto Vallarta. And an added bonus is that it’s just across the street from one of the nicest beaches in PV (Playa de Oro).

Great new unit in North Hotel Zone.

This had just opened. It is a block away from the highway and 2 more blocks to the beach. Views from the deck are great through the huge patio doors and great sized balcony. Full on kitchen, 2 bath along with everything you would need. As this is brand new, there are a few deficiencies but i am sure they will get addressed shortly, however nothing so important i needed fixed immediately. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would come back,

Porto 15 Nice stay

No problems with Porto 15 . Abel our host is trying to make your stay as best as it can be. The pool and top floor commodities are just fine. I fully recommend this place .

Tuvimos varios inconvenientes desde nuestra llegada, la propiedad es nueva y bien decorada pero evidentemente es de mala calidad, siendo un edificio nuevo tenía muchas fallas, nos cambiaron 3 veces de departamento, primero una chapa que no funcionaba bien Y un baño tapado, después nos quedamos sin agua que porque no subía hasta el piso que estábamos, de verdad fue muy incómodo estarnos cambiando de departamento, lo realmente bueno fue la persona que nos atendía, de verdad trataba de hacer todo lo posible por darnos una solución pero de verdad terrible ni siquiera poder ir al baño porque no teníamos agua, un gran problema con los calentadores, te metías a bañar con el agua que salía hirviendo y de repente se acababa y salía muy fría… y por último las camas y almohadas incómodas. No volvería a llegar aquí y no lo recomiendo para nada
