The room was amazing, staff even more amazing! No complaints about the hotel whatsoever. Expedia on the other hand, failed. The payment transfer from Expedia to the hotel was such a headache and Expedia wasn’t being helpful when we had a hard time checking in. Front desk did amazing though

The room was very clean and nice. The Breakfast was good also. Friendly staff, also a good location for our needs. I did have troubles with the room key cards. They were very troublesome to unlock our room door. One card did not work at all.

We had stayed here twice before and had enjoyed our stay each time. The room was clean and the staff friendly. As always, the view of the river and ship activity is fantastic. They are doing some remodeling right now so there is no hot breakfast available for awhile. We will stay again this ...
