Park Plaza Histria Pula

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel with stunning views. This is our second trip to Pula to see a concert at the Pula Arena and our second stay at the Park Plaza. Both times the staff have been helpful but on this occasion they were extra helpful as one of our friends broke her foot in town on the first night. The hotel arranged for a taxi to A&E and then moved our friend from the Mariana Wing (with stairs) to the main hotel with no fuss or bother. They also recommended an orthopedic company to hire a wheelchair from for the duration of the trip. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is very good and pool and surrounding areas really nice. Highly recommend."

"And we have a winner - for best shower in Croatia, space and great water pressure. Opulent adjacent apartment, lots of space. We had very low expectations of this place. We needed to stay in Pula to catch an early ferry, Captain Emo was close to the terminal and a good price. We were pretty blown away by how good it is. A short walk into town takes you past the Arena which is amazing and walking past it every time you go home is a treat. Overall best apartment of a 3.5 week touring holiday and we'd go back to Pula just for this place. We hadn't noticed (or remembered) the pool in the booking. "There's not a pool"- look out the window - "there's a pool, lol." right underneath the window. The courtyard is lovely. Shared and accessed through the building stairwell. Parking is in a pay car park at the end of the road, fairly easy to find. Generally pay by the hour for a short stay then you don't pay for the hours 11pm-7am. You can pay and top up online from the comfort of your apartment. Only downside, the wifi was hopeless bordering on non existent."

"The property is very well located in Pula, affordable parking lot next to the property, the room has everything you need (even a mosquito plug😍). The staff are very helpful and friendly, a real take care mentality. Breakfast was one of the best Ive had in a city hotel!!. I highly recommend the Areana BB Prestige for you next Pula visit! Hvala vam na svemu, vidimo se opet!"

"Out two day stay at Villa Brandestini was very nice. We had one large and one small room both of which were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was very nice and the staff pleasant and helpful when needed. The only negative is finding the place and parking. It is in a great area, but it is a pedestrian street so finding a place to unload bags from our car was difficult. The reserved parking was a ways away and a bit hard to find. However the location and hotel is great and we would definitely stay again."

"Getting to the hotel by car is easy, park at the bottom of the stairs and check in. Bottom of the stairs is not a parking spot but it was ok to park at the curb and check in. Hotel is old but it was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Hotel is within walking distance to most of the things to do there and there is food nearby you just need to walk about 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel parking is 2 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was minimal but good enough for me. Area was very safe no worries. Not a new hotel so don’t expect a 5 star hotel some things are old but everything works as it should and overall a good place to stay for the price."
