The check-in process was seamless, the room was of excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel reflected a genuine commitment to hospitality. A special mention must go to Ms. Simran from the Executive Lounge. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made every interaction a pleasure. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand. As a hotelier myself from London, I deeply appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to deliver such an exceptional guest experience. Property is overpriced for its general condition. Rooms are worn; furniture looks tired; and even the layout of lighting is confusing. Internet sucks and breakfast the worst offering for a 5-star hotel in India. Management seemed to want to ameliorate but their service model catering to business travelers on short trips won’t allow them to do much more. Overall a disappointment and Hilton should be mindful about its brand being tarnished by such sub-par hotels.
