Punggol Waterway Park Tours

Fantastic stay. I'll be honest the place doesn't look much from the outside, but once you're inside the lobby is nice, and the rooms are nothing fancy but clean. We stayed in the family room and it was so spacious, great for a family of 4, and at a reasonable price. Pool area has a perfect sized kids pool for young children with a small playground. Staff were friendly, gave us an early check in and also we arranged a half day stay in the room till 6pm which was perfect for a late flight out of Singapore. Well located for Mrt with an easy walk to somerset or dhoby gaut stations. Would definitely stay again.

The Pan Pacific is past its prime. The building itself is ageing, and rooms getting outdated. For example, the shower door didn't close, leading to flooding. Further, the shower pressure was not particularly strong. The bigger issue is that despite being an incredibly busy hotel, it is understaffed and as such, does not reflect the premium price tag. The wait to check out took more than 10mins, just two staff were serving while others sauntered about not lending a hand. Access isn't the easiest; pedestrian access from Suntec and the Promenade station are not easy via the street level, one has to enter via the connected malls. Lastly, good luck trying to get the lift. Just four lifts for hundreds of guests, so the wait is up to 5mins at times. The hotel is quiet though, with decent room soundproofing. All in all, I would not recommend nor return. There are other options in town.
