Lovely stay. Rooms were clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to sit in the afternoon and see across the city.

My wife and I spent two nights at Hotel Ilaia en route to Antarctica and it was delightful! We loved everything about our stay, the warm hospitality, the decorative crafts, the tasty and healthy breakfast options, the quirky design, sky lounge, the view from our room, the excellent service, the music and overall peaceful and calm vibe. Wonderful and unique hotel. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quaint interior and feeling very Scandinavian in it's decor. Cozy common areas. Beautiful view from rooftop lounge. Personal touch to breakfast. Overall wonderful small hotel. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful. Made calls to find laundry facilities, made last minute dinner reservations. Made our stay very pleasant. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel is a fabulous place to relax and to base yourself in Punta Arenas. The room was even more lovely than the photos, was spotlessly clean and well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas, including rooftop terrace/nook, were charming and inviting places to regroup after a day of adventuring in the area. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and proactive in anticipating our needs (for example, immediately offering an early breakfast before our penguin excursion). They offer some wonderful extra touches like complementary coffee/tea, and complementary wine on the terrace. The hotel is a short walk to restaurants and to the main area of town. We would highly recommend it!

Great boutique hotel with a warm and welcoming staff and management! The hotel arranged for a cab to and from the bus station and made my daughter feel safe and comfortable during her stay. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and plentiful!

Boutique hotel with a unique room.
Great small boutique hotel. We stayed one night in Punta Arenas on our way from Puerto Natales to Santiago. The hotel has an amazing 3rd floor window room that overlooks the town an Magellan straight. They even have free wine to drink while you watch the sunset. Great value.

The rooms were simple but functional and clean. The bed was very comfortable. This place is all that one would need on an overnight stopover to or from Torres de Paine. Top marks to the staff who were fantastic and charming. The location is a bit far from restaurants, but still walkable.

A wonderful family hotel near the center of town. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very large comfortable beds. Breakfast is superb. The staff are helpful and welcoming. Make sure to check out the viewing room at the top of the hotel. Great views and the best place in town for spending sunset times.

Es un hotel boutique nou i centric. Les habitacions no son molt grans pero son netes I ben equipades. La dutxa i el WC ocupen un espai comú i no es funcional. L’esmorzar no es bufet lliure.

What a lovely, peaceful, stylish and comfortable place to stay in Punta Arenas! The location was walkable to the central plaza, but far enough out of the downtown core to be quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly, the food excellent. Everything about this place was perfect.
