Dear Ernest, we just open on january after some long renovation, then we are in trial period with many new staff we are sorry if you had any problem or dalay for leaving the parking.Our Shackleton Bar is open until 12 am every day an on sunday until 10 pm, now is Ii La Pérgola and The Endurance Restaurante is in de inside saloons, I think there was some misunderstanding.

Dear I am very sorprised for your comments and I hadnt any notice about these complain in reception or with the maids from you or from other guest, about the pressure or the temperature which of course is very important for us to solve, we are check that but we dont found problems until now. . All our room have amenities: soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and cream, if for some mistake we didnt let them in your room you only had to call to reception. e really regret your bad impression of our hotel.

Estimado Rodney, nadie esperaba que las protestas de ese viernes llegarán a tanto, en nuestra ciudad nunca antes habían llegado a esto, las marchas pasaban por acá pero carabineros los dispersaba y se iban a otro sector, mucho menos romper vidrios de nuestro edificio que es patrimonio de la ciudad, además al estar a media cuadra de carabineros contamos con rondas especiales en estos casos. Ese día como falló el carro de carabineros por un rato los jóvenes se agruparon frente a nuestro hotel pero esto no fue por mas de 45 minutos tenemos nuestra cámara externa que registró todo el movimiento, después volvió el carro y se dispersaron a otro sector. En las tardes el hotel queda con el personal mínimo este día había 3 personas y esa noche se presentó el jefe de recepción para ayudar a lo que fuese necesario. Debo aclarar que siempre en la noche queda alguien en recepción y se refuerza los días que sabemos habrá alguna marcha, hacemos todo el esfuerzo para mantener nuestros servicios de alimentación y no podríamos dejar el hotel solo o cerrarlo y dejar a los huéspedes en la calle, en plena temporada cuando no es fácil encontrar disponibilidad en otro lugar de similar categoría. El corte de electricidad efectivamente duró hasta la mañana siguiente porque los vándalos rompieron las instalaciones del sector, nuestro hotel no cuenta con generador de emergencia porque no había sido necesario en los 27 años que llevamos funcionando. El hotel cuenta con luces de emergencia en los pasillos y con detectores de humo y sistema de alarma. Hemos solicitado a carabineros atención especial a nuestro hotel dado que estamos tan central y los días siguientes se han instalado a hacer controles de identidad frente a nuestro edificio. Todo lo vivido para nosotros también fue inesperado y actualmente estamos reforzando entrada y ventanas porque no se sabe hasta cuando durará esta triste situación de nuestro país.

We regret your bad impression of our hotel, without knowing the whole service, unfortunately by mistake you must have put some old blanket since we are just renewing these to definitively unsubscribe the few remaining ones only for replacement when washing the new ones. The fourth floor of our building is in mansard where the windows are high they have no bars and open unlike a jail. As you will see in the descriptions we publish of our hotel we always mention that rooms are the same because we had to adapt to the heritage building where we settled.
