"Nice helpful friendly staff, good size heated pool, awesome ocean view, very very comfortable beds, clean rooms, and great restaurants nearby. Guests can use the laundry machines for free. Wickedly fast wifi and nice walking trail called secret garden. My only issue was the laundry dryer was very weak and restaurant price was very inflated."

"The room was spacious, clean and amenities are well provided, there’s even bedroom slippers. The only drawback was that the motion sensor light at door was faulty and it kept turning on and off while we were sleeping. We had reported it the next morning and staff said they would get it fixed. We had checked out by then so didn’t know if it was fixed. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. Location was near to jeongbang waterfall."

"I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room were all turned off. That was a bit creepy, and confusing."
