The hotel was immaculate, the €15 breakfast was so good, the best we’ve had in Europe. The owners are kind and Audrey speaks English fluently. That was very helpful for us.

Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful three night stay in this splendid hotel which is a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and close to the centre of the town. The room was very comfortable with everything I needed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I woild pass on the breakfast though.

Friendly staff and good service, rooms are on the small size but well kept and clean with service every day if required, the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept in. It's a 10mins walk into the center of Perpignan with cafés and restaurants on the way and a 5mins walk to the train station. We would stay at the hotel again.

Nice, small hotel. Good location.

Nice little hotel close to the train station but also just 10 mins walk from the historical centre of Perpignan. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a balcony room with views along Rue Charles de Gaulle. Check in up until 8pm only and everything was closed up when we returned to the hotel about 10pm. I would book again if we return to Perpignan.

Great place to stay

I loved this hotel. The staff were really friendly and happily spoke English, especially the lady at reception who made lots of suggestions where to eat and what to see. The bed was comfy, and the shower was good and didn’t flood the bathroom like too many hotel showers do. The room had a kettle and teabags which I appreciated. Everything at this hotel was well thought-out and made sense - layout, lift, security code to get back inside on an evening etc. The location was perfect for the old town and the train station. The airport bus stops right outside too.

Lovely hotel, brilliant and kind reception staff. The Nos 6 bus (1.3 euros per person) from the airport stopped opposite the hotel and it was less than 5 minutes walk to either the train station or Catalogne Square where a lot of the buses went from. The major tourist sites, mini supermarkets and general shops are within a 15 min walk. The hotel room was quite small, but we didn't mind as we didn't spend that much time in there and overall, felt that the stay was good value. Would happily stay there again!

We stayed in room 102. This floor's hallway smelled like something was rotting there. The aircon was turned off from 10 am to 5 pm, although we paid for all amenities for all day in the room. We were not informed about it in advance. The reception staff is great, but we will not return or recommend it to anybody.

The hotel is really close to the station and in easy walking distance to the historic old centre of Perpignan. Audrey at the hotel was a picture of helpfulness. Our room 104 had a bath in the bedroom as well as an en-suite. The crowning glory was access to a terrace - where we had a picnic!

Highly recommend NYX Hotel. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable and practical. Breakfast was also a delight - very tasty homemade food, clearly all made from scratch. This is a family run hotel and they are extremely friendly, welcoming, very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again, thank you!

Great choice!

The hotel is clean and well located, room is compact but has all basics in good condition, staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls are a little thin but we didn't have any problem neighbours so it was fine for us.
