Awful experience! Booked a room and tried to cancel, but the hotel's complete silence has been appalling. Over a week and multiple messages sent with ZERO response - no apology, no explanation, nothing. Not about the money, but where's the respect? I am sorry Not recommended. This Hotel the most terrible customer service Hotel I have seen in my entire life.
