"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. "A very high standard hotel, we enjoyed everything, there are a variety of attractions in the hotel such as a pool, spa, bowling, we took a trip on a buggy. The hotel staff is polite, very helpful.
