Bonjour, Thank you for your review. Yes the queen bed room is a standard room, especially for a couple with a young baby...There is a fridge at your floor. We suggest the kitchen for you, considering it will be easy for you to warm the baby food...sometime the language could be the problem for misunderstanding.... We just speak French and English.. We still hope you enjoy our beautiful Quebec city.

We are sorry if this has an impact on your stay. We do work with a virtual reception and provide access codes to our guests. Those codes and randomly generated for each guest and are only activated for the room they are assigned to. They are deactivated at checkout, thus preventing guests from entering the hotel after their departure. This ensures or guest's safety at all times.
