"Very friendly front desk staff. Room was more than acceptable … spacious, clean. Breakfast was fantastic … lots of variety and choice. Free coffee and juice 24/7 in the lobby. Ample free self-parking and very convenient location right off the freeway, but with no noise issues. Would definitely rebook here on future visits to Quebec City."

"Everything was good except there were no water bottles in the room at all, I believe that is a must if they can put coffee, water is basic amenity. Also, small things such as tissue boxes and toiletries were not provided. Basic amenities should be provided based on what was charged for a night."

"This hotel is in a good location to do some sightseeing etc. The rooms were nice and big. The Front desk staff had one excellent employee that was very helpful. We tried to get her each time as the other person was quite abrupt and rude to the customers. The two bell hops were very friendly, spoke English and were helpful. We didn't have an inner court room which would have been nice. The next time we will request that type of room."
