Very pretty, nice and comfortable hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly. The only thing what the sewer smell from the shower drain. I put a towel to cover it. Staff very friendly. Very close to everything.

We stayed in Altamira for 3 nights, I will start with pros, Very good location, close to historic center, lots of restaurants around. Room well appointed, updated bathroom, coffee maker in room Now for the cons, No toilet paper in bathroom had to ask front desk, no coffee pods for the coffee maker had to ask front desk for coffee pods, no coffee cups had to get cups from lobby every day, no sugar available only sweeteners in lobby, couldn’t get hot water in shower and later told to wiggle the handle and place it in certain location to get hot water, heater was not working had to ask for extra blanket, WiFi didn’t work in room but worked in lobby had to get front desk person to come to room to figure out the password, no bottled water in room but there is water cooler in lobby

Excelente ubicación a unos pasos del Centro Histórico de Querétaro, la habitación estaba impecable y el personal fue muy amable. Solo tuve un problema con el agua caliente al bañarme, que iba y venía; lo reporté y corrigieron el problema.

El personal no está capacitado. El trato es informal y poco cortés. Es lamentable dado que el inmueble está en una excelente ubicación, el edificio está en excelentes condiciones. De los Blancos y la cama la calidad es aceptable, pero el café es terrible. Las cápsulas que ofrecen son de marca dudosa y el sabor lo confirma. Sería ideal poner los servicios al nivel del inmueble y estoy seguro de que incluso podrían cobrar una mucho mejor tarifa.

La habitación fue muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda, algo muy bueno fue que tiene estacionamiento, está muy cerca del centro, pudimos ir caminando y estuvo perfecto. Volvería sin duda.

El hotel cambio de dueños y ya no es como solía ser. El estado de la ropa de cama y blancos se ve bastante acabado. Te dejan un solo papel higiénico durante la estancia, ensucie una toalla con un poco de maquillaje y me cobraron la toalla cuando claramente salía con jabón. Definitivamente no volveremos.

Habitación limpia, cómoda, pero no sirvió nunca la televisión, y el internet muy malo, teníamos internet 10 minutos y se iba una hora, habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y el baño súper pegado a la cama, el agua sale súper caliente y luego súper fría, la factura tarda en llegar una semana. Según nos iban a ayudar con lo de la televisión y el internet y nada. En general está bonito el lugar pero los servicios dejan mucho que desear.

Cómodo, bien situado pero con puertas traslúcidas

La habitación estaba amplia, el hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable para visitar el centro de Querétaro y cuenta con estacionamiento en el establecimiento lo cuál es cómodo. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en una, las puertas de la regadera y el sanitario se transparenta absolutamente todo, lo cuán no me gustó ya que aprecio la privacidad, todo lo demás bien

No respetaron el tamaño de la cama es

Yo reservé mi estancia aquí por qué teníamos un seminario de filosofía en la UAQ y está súper cerquita, cruzando una calle pero iba acompañada con una compañera de clase y en la aplicación decía cama Quenn y nos dieron matrimonial. Le dije al encargado y nos quería cobrar más por cambiarnos de habitación a una con dos matrimoniales y me dijo que no ha ido a medir la cama pero que si era Quenn, cómo si yo no supiera diferenciar. Deberían de respetar lo que dice la reservación. La cama Queen si hace mucha diferencia a una matrimonial con alguien que no es familiar ni amigos. Lo demás estaba muy petit el hotel pero limpio.

Tuvimos varias malas experiencias desde la llegada. Agua caliente salía poca en la habitación, tenía cafetera de cápsulas pero no había cápsulas en la habitación, tuvimos también un par de situaciones con algunas pérdidas en la habitación lamentablemente.
