Best hotel in queretaro
The hotel has a lot of good things The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was too nice. You can visit the old town by walking. There are many parking lots nearby and it costs only 150 pesos per day. Finally, the service was too nice. In conclusion, this hotel is one of the best hotel in queretaro.

This was our 2nd trip back to Hotel Criol. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful. Within just a 3 min walk from Historic Centro, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very good restaurant as well for breakfast/Coffee.

El lugar muy bonito. Pero ojo: el estacionamiento es en otro lado y no hay vallet, hay que hacer malabares para bajar el equipaje a mitad de calle por qué no hay donde parar para descargar y luego ir a dejar el coche hasta el estacionamiento. Las habitaciones no cuentan con frigobar, teléfono adecuado, no hay room service. El wifi funciona muy bien y todo el interiorismo es espectacular.

Es un hotel pequeño con muy buen diseño, áreas muy cómodas para descansar durante el día y muebles y ropa de cama de buena calidad. Tiene una cafetería donde se puede desayunar y comer algo pero para la cena está cerrada. Mi habitación, la número 1 es muy pequeña. Viajé sola y para una persona está bien por el precio de oferta que conseguí, sin embargo, para dos personas sería incómodo.

Lovely spaces, convenient, nice staff, nice rooms but realize many rooms in Mexico do not have windows to the outside. Ours here didn’t.

This hotel is lovely and very convenient as it’s located in the center of the city. The room was quite small but had everything we needed (especially AC) for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming for a short stay.

The room we initially booked was very small so we upgraded to a bigger room for a small fee. Nahum was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located within the centro histórico. We felt very safe walking to and from the hotel at night. We parked on the street when available. Highly recommend.

Architecturally a beautiful building within walking distance from the historic plaza. Staff was attentive and check-in was quick and easy. The only two issues I had 1) I paid for a jacuzzi suite and it was non-functional 2) (and this is a personal preference) the bed was hard and uncomfortable, didn't get a great night sleep the two nights I stayed. Apart from those two things I really enjoyed my stay and found it super safe (as a woman traveling alone) and it was easy to find street parking after 8pm.

Wonderful area! Amazing staff and a beautiful facility. Rooms are on the smaller side as it is in the downtown area (everything is small). Hot water, luxury rooms, great air conditioning, bottled water. Literally everything you could ask for.

This is a fabulous hotel. One of the most beautifully appointment. It’s intimate in its spaces but with plenty of areas to relax in. The staff is extremely kind and great. I can’t wait to stay here again.

This a beautiful hotel with very sleek architecture. The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. However, I stayed in room 1, which I recommend avoiding at all costs. The room doors are glass, which does not block outside noises at all. These doors face directly to the courtyard, and my room was in front of the kitchen. Personal starts working at 6:00 am, which is nice, but if you are planning to sleep in or have a restful morning, it is pretty much impossible in this room (unless you wear earplugs). The first time I visited this hotel, I stayed in one of the rooms upstairs; the doors were wood and much quieter. In summary, it is a nice hotel, but do not stay on the ground floor (or avoid rooms 1 and 2) because it will be noisy.
