This is the WORST stay at a hotel I have experienced in decades. The facility is very tired & worn. We had to change rooms twice in 4 days!!! There is zero consistency between rooms: some have a small refrigerator, others don’t, some have windows to the outside, others over the courtyard where there is cooking and staff noise. We changed rooms due to atrocious odour once, second time the heating did not work. The staff were good, but working uphill against a very poorly maintained facility. We had booked a “king” but ended up with a weird room with 2 smaller beds - not what we wanted at all. I always book VRBO or Airbnb: this is EXACTLY why. I will NEVER be in this hotel again. I feel far overcharged as I did NOT receive what I ordered. If I could give zero stars, I would.

En general estuvo muy bien la estancia, la ubicación de la habitación no fué muy buena debido a que el entorno no se veía ordenado, es como una sensación de que es la última habitación que quedaba.
