Excellent Choice

The hotel is located right in Centro and the rooms are fully equipped, comfortable and in excellent condition. The owners both speak English as well as Spanish and are an excellent source of knowledge both the local area and Mexico in general. They're both very nice and hospitable. The internet works well and the rooms are equipped with coffee makers, good air conditioning, hair dryers and pretty much everything you would need. On top of all that the price is great. And I almost forgot to mention that there's a terraza on the rooftop that gives fantastic views of the city and surrounding areas.

Televisión de la habitación tenía un defecto en la pantalla, después de descansar pedí la limpieza de la habitación y me dijeron que no se podía porque la encargada de dicho trabajo no estaba, no había servicio de televisión por cable.

Es bastante cómodo, está muy bien ubicado y es muy limpio. Lo único que podrían mejorar es que la pantalla de la habitación tenía una franja con píxeles muertos y deberían repararla.

Zarzarosa was a great find

Loved this hotel. Is very close to Plaza Fundadores and the Alameda Hidalgo. The room had AC, jacuzzi, safe and a large bathroom. There is a roof deck where you get a 360 view of the city. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Centro Historic. The staff was friendly and helpful. No breakfast at this place.

Perfect location, close but quite

Perfect location! Far enough from the main plazas so that it was quite and calm when we wanted to sleep, but close enough to the main plazas that we could walk to them within 5 minutes. We always felt safe and comfortable when walking through the neighborhoods to all the attractions we wanted to see and loved finding little restaurants and shops to stop in along the way. Staff was friendly and helpful each day and with our special requests like late checkin, and holding our bags after checkout so we could continue to see the city until our ride came to take us to our next destination.

Hotel bonito y habitacion como se esperaba. Lo que deja que desear es la atencion y cuidado a los clientes: 1- fuimos por solo 2 noches y la TV no funcionaban los canales del cable y dijeron les llevaria un rato tratar de configurarlo.Dicen les ha pasado pocas veces, PERO si ya les paso YO me preocuparia porque la recamarera se asegure que todo funcione correctamente para el siguiente huesped o algun supervisor lo haga. 2- Contrate la habitación mas cara por que tenia la tina con Hidromasaje y resulta que no funcionaba el agua con presión tipo Spa de la tina porque eso solo lo habilitan de día.. (entonces para que la ofrecen y porque no me dijeron eso?.. no la hubiera contratado). Esto si me molesto porque la entrada es a las 3pm y normalmente estas paseando y en la noche es cuando la quería usar. Me pareció deshonesto esa respuesta. 3- No hay teléfono en la habitación para llamar a recepción y no sabes cual es el teléfono. Al menos deberían poner un letrero diciendo a que numero debemos llamar, si quieren complacer al cliente. 4- No había instrucciones como usar la caja fuerte y se tenía que solicitar una llave manual, y el control del aire acondicionado tenia muchas opciones y no era muy obvio como poner la calefacción, por eso al menos para ambas cosas se podrían poner instrucciones para ayudar al cliente. CONCLUSION: Bonito lugar pero creo que el concepto de atención al cliente debe mejorarse.
