Ok..

Rooms were dated, but clean. Enjoyed the afternoon at the thermals. Was ok as we hot a discount on room rate. Wpuld have been very disappointed if we would have paid $170 a night.

Family bungalow

This place was a highlight of our trip. My family loved the hot pools and it's amazing paths and views. We ate at the restaurant on site 2 times and really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was fantastic other than the hard spring feeling beds. We woke up to every toss and turn, but other than that this place was exactly what we were looking for and needed. Very beautiful and clean.

We paid $170/night for this terrible place… never again. How does Expedia give this place good rating? The only saving grace is reception and ok breakfast . See the pics and make your own judgement

We were not very lucky with the weather but the premises are beautiful. They could leave a few more things in the bungalow, like salt, oil, or wine glasses. It’s also 1 1/2 hrs from La Fortuna’s main attractions like the Hanging Bridges etc. The hot springs were much much nicer in real life than in the pictures.

Nos hospedamos 5 personas, 2 adultos mayores, en el bungalow 3. La vista maravillosa y las aguas termales fueron muy satisfactorias. La propiedad es muy tranquila y bonita. Realmente para descansar. El único detalle que noté es que las camas y las almohadas no son tan cómodas. Solo por eso le doy 4 estrellas.

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, paños rotos y desteñidos, el aire acondicionado malo. Los jardines son mantenimiento . No limpiaron la habitación luego de la primero o segunda noche En el área de las termales no limpian constantemente. Es una lástima es un lugar con mucho potencial

Los accesos a las pilas de agua termales, no están muy bien, deberían de darle más mantenimiento y si alguna persona tiene discapacidad, no podría llegar a ellas no hay acceso

J'aime la tranquillité de cet endroit et la marche en forêt pour se rendre aux bassins thermaux. Par contre, il y avait de la musique non relaxante (reggae) au bar des bains. Je trouve que c'est un endroit ou il devrait y avoir une musique de spa ou de relaxation afin de se détendre.

Las aguas termales son las mejores, indiscutiblemente el tesoro de este hotel son sus termales. Es una lástima que la comida del restaurante no es buena. Las camas de las habitaciones no son comodas
