What a wonderful stay! The beautiful mountain views made every morning feel like a vacation in itself. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, making check-in quick and easy. “We were very pleased about the property. One concern the ice machine, on the floor near the lobby, was not working. The agent at the front desk was okay. Had some answers to our questions but others nothing. Example: The TV was not working. He offered to move us but we were settled in. He then gave us the password and when used it the TV worked fine.

“The family was gathering for time at Lake Laura and some family members have stayed there before. Dish washer and coffee makers didn’t work great but the rest of the kitchen was fine. We have 3 cabins for 11 and it worked out nicely. There were cats and deer we saw on property. We hung out towels to dry and enjoyed the deck on the mid level. ”
