In the room a light bulb was out, the shower head was cracked and clogged so water went everywhere, and the shower drain was clogged. Beside that it was impresive. Their service (staff) is impecable, extremely good. The rooms are beautiful, beds very comfortable, good towels, and so on. We'll stay there again.

The room was lovely and comfortable for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again. However, there are some caveats. Expedia advertises that this hotel includes a free airport shuttle. That is not true. Also, it is not at all clear how to communicate with the hotel. They prefer WhatsApp and the staff only speaks Spanish (maybe Chinese also, not sure).

One night stay

Stayed one night for a layover in Quito. Very close to the airport, simple amenities but enough for one night. They offered free shuttle service to the airport, I just gave the driver a tip. Would recommend for airport layovers.

The Staff was great. Wifi good. Clean room. Hot water in shower. Only Cold water is available in the Lav sink. great distance to the airport. we were coming from outside of the Quito area, thus the reason to stay here. For that it is perfect.

The staff was very friendly and respectful. The serving staff during Breakfast were excellant too. The location is very good for all shopping and to the Pier. I strongly recommend this Hotel for anyone who would like to visit Galapagos.

Property is close to Quito Airport and provides a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. The room is basic, functional and clean. Staff is pleasant. There are two restaurants nearby, other than that there are no facilities around. The location is good for laying over when flying in and out of Quito.

We had a brief 12 hour stay in Quito. This was perfect as it was close to the airport. ($10 taxi- which was probably high since they saw Gringos). The accommodations had all that we needed. Sizes of the rooms varied. Check in was easy. And breakfast delivered to us was a fun plus!

Nice hotel, clean, hot water. There is a nice cheap restaurant 1 minute from hotel. But it is all there is around. Convenient because near the airport and this is why we choose it.

Good value for the money

I stayed a single night before flying out. The area feels a little sketchy at night but I was also by myself. By the morning the sun was shining and the view was beautiful. The location is great from the airport. The room was small & modest but clean & comfortable. Definitely a great value for the price...they even brought a breakfast plate to my room in the morning.
