Estimada LorenaNos preocupó mucho su comentario, en conjunto con el experto en control de plagas de la empresa Truly Nolen hemos revisado profundamente la habitación en la que se alojó. Desarmamos la cama, revisamos los toma corrientes, barrederas, colchón, confortar, cubre colchón anti chinches, muebles, sabanas, almohadas, etc. No encontramos ninguna evidencia de presencia de chinches, si nos contacta por interno nos encantaría hacerle llegar el informe completo.Le sugiero revisar la información del portal de medicalnewstoday"En la mayoría de los casos, los síntomas ocurren más o menos inmediatamente después de la picadura, PERO también pueden desarrollarse o progresar en los días siguientes... ."El experto en plagas nos comenta que es muy posible que las picaduras fue en el alojamiento anterior y los síntomas de las picaduras se demoraron en aparecer.De todas formas vamos a realizar un tratamiento preventivo a la habitación y continuaremos con nuestro programa preventivo general.Saludos cordiales

Dear Pat.We feel really bad with you. I just had a talk with the personnel at front desk, they should have solved your issue. We did have service in the restaurant, but everybody decided to "not be present" we should have given you a room far away from the noise. We are really sorry. Please let us know if you have a paypal account or a local bank account so that we can reimburse your money. You can write to us using the WhatsApp number or the mail in our web page.We know that this does not compensarte for your trouble, but is the least we can do.
