Notre hôte Mariosa très sympathique et de bons conseils, guesthouse bien entretenue, chambre spacieuse, petit désagrément cette chambre 102 au premier étage est un peu sombre (au fond d’un puits de lumière), mais pour dormir pas trop d’importance.

Slept well till school start time
Room not as expected and told this was upgrade, we booked balcony with furniture and city view we could see lite dome of St Pauls oh no Room for furniture on balcony, breakfast tray didn't work for us i ate in the square at restaurants, i didn't see a breakfast area, and definitely no sound proofing, shower cubicle doors, shower floor no mat very slippery

La signora che gestisce la struttura è veramente molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è molto buona e c'è sia dolce che salato. La posizione della struttura è ottima per poter girare facilmente Malta. All'interno dell'edificio sarebbero un po' da ristrutturare le stanze, e rendere una migliore insonorizzazione delle stesse, perché purtroppo ci sono ospiti non molto civili che disturbano a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato all'Estrella per una settimana. Inizialmente non eravamo per nulla "ben disposti" in quanto, la settimana prima di partire, abbiamo scoperto che, per un errore della proprietaria, non avremmo avuto l'appartamento prenotato ma solamente una semplice stanza, senza possibilità dunque di cucinare in autonomia. (peraltro questo disservizio è stato "liquidato" da Expedia con 50€ di rimborso.. discutibile..) A parte questa cosa che ci ha molto infastidito, non possiamo assolutamente parlar male della struttura: nuovissima, ben tenuta, sempre pulita e profumata, la stanza spaziosa e ben curata, colazione buona (anche se non agli standard italiani), ottima posizione lontana dal rumore e dalla confusione di certe zone dell'isola, vicina alla Mdina che io giudico la parte più bella in assoluto di Malta, ideale per tranquille passeggiate serali. Insomma, disguido iniziale a parte, possiamo essere soddisfatti del soggiorno senza alcun dubbio.

Quiet rooms close to the St.Paul's Catacombs
In reality it is hard to be defined it as a hotel: it is more a set of rooms under a common roof. However, all was ok: cleaning, air conditioning, very quiet place, price, kindness of the staff. Breakfast is poor, but you can compensate outside. What is absolutely missing is some king of sign or arrow or anything similar in the neighbouring streets: the taxi driver spent 15 minutes to find the right place. 5 minutes (walk distance) away from St.Paul's Catacombs.

Goedkoop en leuk verblijven op Malta.
De eigenaresse, Mariosa, die wij gezien hebben, is heel erg sympathiek en behulpzaam, met het plannen van reizen enz. enz. Het hotel wordt heel erg goed schoon gehouden en er is iedere ochtend een prima ontbijt voor iedere gast. Manuel, haar man, heeft ons zeer goed geholpen om de chauffeur van onze taxi per telefoon naar het hotel te leiden. Op circa 5-10 minuten lopen is een bushalte naar de hoofdstad te vinden, iets verder op ook naar andere plaatsen. Het eiland Malta is de moeite van het bezoeken meer dan waard, met name Rabat en Mdina, vlak naast elkaar gelegen, zijn heel interessant. Ook de grotere steden Valletta en Sliema zijn zeker de moeite van een bezoek waard.

An excellent bargain stay with very good service.
This was an excellent bargain choice, with attentive and helpful service, a perfectly adequate room , and excellent breakfasts. The location wouldn't suit everyone, but we were entirely happy with it.

Wonderful owners/hosts! They accommodated an early arrival for dropping off bags and offered coffee and snacks while my room was being cleaned and ready for me. Great location in the heart of walkable Rabat. Located not on a major road which was nice. Will recommend to friends and family for future visits.

La chambre que nous avions était en fait un petit appartement avec un coin cuisine très bien aménagé ( four, plaques de cuisson, frigo et tous les ustensiles de cuisine. Le wifi ainsi que la climatisation fonctionnaient très bien. Petit déjeuner un peu léger avec peu de choix mais la petite table sur la terrasse au calme était bien agréable. Personnel sympathique et les environs de Rabat et Mdina sont magnifiques

Superbe chambre appartement, propre, grande, bien équipée, salle de bains propre et neuve. Très grand lit et très confortable. Hôte très sympathique, très aidante, souriante. Localisation proche du centre, un peu dificile à trouver'car dans une petite allée, mais très Bien situé. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Não perca tempo, vá no endereço certo
Escolhi este hotel através do site Hotéis.com. Eu queria um flat pequeno, limpo, com wi-fi no quarto e que tivesse um excelente preço. Encontrei tudo isso e muito mais no Estrella Lodging. Eu recomendo este hotel, sem medo de errar.
