Exceptional! The property is locates a bit away from the main hustle and bustle from the city medina, but the marina area is so beautiful and peaceful and the views from the hotel are extraordinary. Rooftop Pool is a bit small but cozy and the rooftop bar is great during the day and night. The rooms are very beautiful and confortable. The main lobby and guest areas are confortable and beautiful. The spa treatments and ambiance are a must. This property and staff are gen to the city. You definitely feel pampered since you step in to the hotel. Luxurious, beautiful and comfortable.

Just a wonderful experience. Clean, modern, facility with stunning views. Staff was super friendly, professional and helpful at all times. Jaafar, the head Concierge, was terrific: providing great advice and recommendations and taking the time to provide history and context to the recommendations and exploring the city. Restaurant food and staff were equally excellent. Can’t recommend this hotel enough to other travelers.

Our favourite part was the gold lounge. We had Adam and Amin for most of our stay. They were so attentive and so friendly and helpful. They made our stay standout! Hats off to the helpful reception staff as well. I just need to say thou that Adam and Amin should be promoted, wonderful and gave history, and stories and just really took care of us. The fairmont was the last 4 days of our 15 days in Morocco and it made an impression that no other place did, in the best way! So comfortable, so clean, our room was always cleaned up and afternoon snacks waiting for us when we returned. I cannot say enough about this hotel or our stay, I highly recommend the gold king balcony suite. Please pass on our extreme pleasure with reception, Amin and Adam in the gold lounge and a small shout out to Ishmail that we only had for a couple of hours but was also great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was the perfect place to land after 30 hours of traveling. The service at the hotel was warm and friendly, and the hotel dog, Tiffany, was beyond adorable! The rooms are clean and spacious, have comfortable bedding, and are very quiet for sleeping. All of the hotel employees were so sweet and welcoming, always ready to help. The coffee in the morning was great. Overall, it was a great stay!

I would go back to Rabat just to go back to this hotel. Everyone there (managers, front desk ppl, valet) are incredibly kind and nice. The vibe of the hotel is so posh and luxury without being overstated. The bar is beautiful, and the hookah is delicious, and the rooms are immaculate. We truly loved our experience here!

Wonderful hotel! Brandnew! Staff incredible they take care of us sin e we arrived until we left. Mehdi @ the concierge very Helpful. Great recommendation to eat. I suggest to eat at the Greek Restaurant (Rooftop) Spa, very vey good! Prices are good! This a luxury hotel as fairmont hotels are.

Disappointing stay overall. While the hotel is new, beautifully designed, close to the beach and set in a pleasant surrounding, the service level — especially from the front desk and restaurant teams — falls far below what we recently experienced in Marrakech and Casablanca. Despite requesting two quiet adjacent rooms well ahead of the trip, the hotel assigned us rooms on completely different floors and opposite ends of the property. For a hotel of this size claiming to be five-star, this feels unacceptable and simply careless. Even with the hotel being fully booked, it should not have been difficult to accommodate such a basic request. The rooms are also surprisingly noisy. Music from the rooftop bar continues past midnight, and with cars constantly arriving around the hotel entrance, light sleepers should look elsewhere. If you want luxury in Rabat, the nearby Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is likely a better choice. For more affordable comfort, Rabat Marriott Hotel would probably offer a better overall experience. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth it.

The property is beautiful and in a fabulous location with wonderful views of the medina and the sea. We arrived at 3PM and did not receive our room until 5:30PM. We enjoyed a drink on the roof terrace while we waited which we would recommend - though hopefully others will not need to wait so long for a room.

Fantastic spot in Sale-Rabat!

Everything about this Fairmont stay was fantastic! It's a relatively new and beautifully decorated hotel from top to bottom. The staff really went out of their way to make our experience a great one. From check-in (tea and snacks, a tour of the hotel, and we were very lucky to get an upgrade) to concierge support, to service on the deck and in the restaurants... it was truly wonderful. Special shout out to Mariyam and Marwa for helping us with the room which was wonderful. Make sure to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop deck : )

From the entrance to our exit it was such a wonderil experience. We loved how we were greeted at the entrance of the hotel with dayes and milk, really made us feel welcome and special. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and not a burden. We have stayed at a few fairmont hotels around the world. However this was by far the best!! Our only regret was that we didnt have time to stay for longer. Definitely will be back!!

We were on vacation with the family from 11 years old to 83 years old. We were very well received with Nora, clear explanation and always with a smile. Nora even organized a little surprise for our child's birthday. The concierge Achfra also served us wonderfully, our transportation, activities, all were perfect. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The hotel is very well placed in the city, very clean and very well decorated. The only negative point is that we only had one restaurant open, the other 2 were closed but the kindness of Nora and Achfra made us forget it

Beautiful property; great service

This is a brand new building (I believe it opened a year ago) located in the Marina district across the river from Rabat. It was very quiet because of Ramadan so the property seemed to have very few guests. However; it was fully staffed and the restaurants were open as normal. We had great Peruvian food on the first night and breakfast in a beautiful Moroccan themed restaurant the next morning. We were greeted personally by both the night manager the night we arrived and the general manager the morning of our departure. If you ask hotel staff where anything is (bathroom etc) they don’t point you in the direction, they actually stop what they are doing and personally walk you there. Our room was spacious with two queen beds and a sitting area with a side view of the ocean.

Well done team Fairmont

This place is amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel a very warm welcome from all the staff(apologies for not remembering names) and you all deserve nothing but praise. You honestly define what 5* hospitality is all about. The different aromas throughout the hotel are such a magic touch and differ from floor to floor. The team made an extra effort in our room as it was our anniversary. The bubble bath that was ready for us upon entering the room was an impressive task. Room amenities were perfect and the furniture and general comfort of the room was outstanding! Food was really good, both breakfast room service and the nikkei restaurant on the top floor. Architecturally, this whole place is a dream and hats off to everyone involved. An incredible stay in an incredible hotel with a team of staff who are exceptional at their jobs and made our stay a truly warm and magical experience.

Below my expectations

Good location, great view, newer buildings, staffs were friendly, we got free upgrades for both rooms, but there was lot of water on the floor around the toilet in one of the rooms, they sent handyman to fixed the issue and housekeeping to clean the floor, but it was not actually be cleaned properly, because they dumped the dirty water in the toilet and cleaning lady only mopped the floor. We were waiting for them to deal with the problem for at least half an hour. This was not a pleasant experience. Washroom layout was not efficient, both toilet and shower glass doors are 90 degrees towards each other, not easy to open and close.
