Lovely property near to everything. Excellent staff and a big thanks to Anna the receptionist, hope the spelling of her name was correct, she was awesome and made our visit even better. Thank you! One area that could be improved on is with the room anmenties the drapes in our room covering the door, sink taps need replacement and the toilet needs looking at as it leaked off and on. Other wise a very nice property with a great meet and greet receptionist. Breakfast was awesome,

Clean room but service can be better
The package comes with breakfast and they asked me what time I would like to have breakfast, i told them 8am. They said ok. When i woke up, no one was at the kitchen preparing the breakfast. I had to forgo the breakfast as i have a train to catch at 927am. Else the room is nice and clean.

Loved this riad. Within city walls (so have to walk a little, cars not allowed inside city walls) but was able to get someone to help with bags near taxi stand. Room we were in was spacious, clean with comfortable furniture and little outside space. Breakfast was included and excellent. Location was perfect.

This was an incredible place to stay in the Medina. The hosts were so nice and accommodating and the breakfast terrific. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay here again should I be in Rabat.

The staff was fantastic! They walked us to a Hammam after we expressed interest and helped translate for us. Breakfast was great! The beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly.

The property was lovely. But a bit difficult to find and the room a bit dark. The air conditioner worked great and the bed comfortable.

The staff were great but we had trouble getting to the property because a cab driver left us off on the wrong side of the Medina. The shower was unique and we unfortunately flooded it !

I enjoyed very much my stay in Riad El Maâti, the whole place is really nice, very well located and near many things like Quai de Bouregreg. SUPER clean, the shower pressure just great, and most important of all the people that take care of the Riad. Malika and Radilla have been extremely kind and caring during my stay; very, very attentive. You can only imagine what a big heart they have and how thankful I am to have meet them! It was a GREAT surprise to have such a nice attention from all of them, it is a pleasure for me to recommend such nice places with great people here in Morocco.

This property is amazing. Tucked into old Medina it is a perfect place for those wanting to submerge themselves into the sites, sounds and smells of a large market. There is rue after rue of vendors and people are plenty full. You are a short 10 minute walk to the water where there is a wonderful restaurant on a ship. Keep in mind this riad is VERY authentic and intimate. There are only 7 guest rooms, no windows, tall walls around the entire area and tons of people the second you head out the locked front door. Very different “hotel” experience but once acclimated, very enjoyable.

Room was spacious, clean. Showers were great. Faucet was a bit tight and needed to be changed. Staff was amazing and super accommodating. Great location, right off the Main Street of the Medina, also close to a regular street. FYI, it’s next to a Mosque so expect prayers at 4:30 in the morning.

Difficult to Find Gem
The place was a little difficult to find as it did not come up exactly on my GPS; however, the staff were friendly and someone came out to meet me. Good breakfast and the front-desk person on the day of my arrival was amazing.

Beautiful road near old market
Beautiful road in Rabat. You should definitely check this place out. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's newr the old market and is a great part of town to stay in and explore on foot. The breakfast was a delicious traditional full spread, served at our leisure time. We requested an early breakfast due to an early checkout, and we were gwntlye awoken by a knock on our door to let us know breakfast was ready

The staff at the Riad was incredibly welcoming and helpful. One person walked me to an atm 15 min each way. Hint: have plenty of cash (Moroccan dirham) for tips, cabs)

The girl has verifies and there is nothing bad with that...Just the staff say us you enter in the private laundry and you have made a machin washing without say to the staff!Is it for that that you are angry and put this review? Un tesoro en medio de la medina
Pasamos una noche en este Riad y no tengo mas que elogios. La situación es mas que perfecta, justo en la medina pero suficientemente cerca del parking exterior que está como 5 min. andando. El Riad es una preciosidad, moderno pero manteniendo el sabor de lo tradicional. Reservamos una suite para 5 (habitacion 1) que fue perfecta para pernoctar con nuestros 3 hijos. El personal del establecimiento amabilisimo, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. El desayuno, en el agradable comedor del primer piso, suficiente y muy sabroso. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera visitar Rabat.

Just a regular Riad in Morocco. I was just disappointed when I finally walked into my bedroom, 2:00 p.m. and almost 90 degrees, and no AC. There was a small fan and even though it gets cool at night, but to walk to an oven like that, was a bad experience.Also, there is a Jacuzzi but they fail to tell you ahead of time that there is a fee to use it. I was also not impressed with breakfast. A no repeat for me.

Riad assez rustique mais qui ne manque pas de charme. Personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner très correct. Seul bémol : le muezzin qui est très très proche , donc réveil à 5h30 …. Et le Riad est mal indiqué, donc difficile à trouver.

In Bezug auf die Räume sind die Räume im Erdgeschoss etwas weniger hell als die im Obergeschoss, was normal ist, wie bei jedem Haus. Sie sind nicht sehr dunkel. Zum Frühstück besteht es aus: - Selbst gemachter Joghurt, Orangensaft, heißes Getränk, Mineralwasser, Eier (Omeletts, Fladen, mit oder ohne Käse ...), täglich wechselnde Crepes (Harcha, Bagrir oder Msemene) und schließlich , ein hausgemachter Kuchen jeden Tag anders.
