โBooked myself and my black Labrador in for 3 nights. Spacious room, nice decor and very clean. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The full English breakfast was spot on with good quality items. (Thank you Ben). All the staff were engaging and very helpful. Great value for money!

โAll the staff were brilliant, the food was lovely and the restaurant was nice. The area around the swan was quiet nice woodland walks near by overall a lovely place to stay โ

โThis was my third stay at The Royal Hotel. The beds are really comfy so I slept like a log. It is an old building and has lots of character. The hotel is near a supermarket, town and local shops. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks to everyone at The Royal hotelโ
โA lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Bright, clean and spacious accommodation. Very good ambiance and pleasant surroundings. Very comfortable nights sleep and the highlight was being able to feed the alpacas and pig in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. โ
โThe apartment was perfect for my purposes. Everything I could have asked for. The only problem was that I didnโt receive any instructions to pick up the keys from hotels. com. Luckily the owner was there when I arrived. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this for others.โ
โWe paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...

Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished.
The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station.โ
