Check in was fast. It was on a river although we didn’t have time to walk outside but saw it thru the window of the bar when we walked in the lobby. This property could be really nice but will need a big renovation, The room had a smell like old food or dog, the Bathroom was dirty, the back entrance door lock was broken, so not safe. The hallway carpet was dirty in spots. Only dry coffee creamer was available so no real small creamers. People sitting outside the hotel.

They rooms were nice however the outside conditions were extremely bad. Garbage everywhere and place looks run down. It rained that night and the floors were very slippery. All in all rate a 2 only because room was nice and clean.

The location is very good. The employees try to do a good job but their efforts are tarnished by the physical condition of the building. The bathroom sink was detached from the faucet s. Close to the Racine North beach

Convenient location, 10 minutes to Racine North beach. Outdated motel, but spacious room and moderate clean. Microwave and fridge available. Bed is very soft. No writing desk or chair, air dryer is broken though. Large parking lot, but not much lights. Didn't feel parking lot is secured or safe enough though. Luckily, nothing bad happened. Overall, it is OK for one night stay. No breakfast offer, only coffee.
